- СтавкаANALITIČKO ODREĐIVANJE SOPSTVENIH FREKVENCIJA POGONSKOG VRATILA(Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, 2016-12) Vučetić, Nikola; Košarac, Aleksandar; Blagojević, Mirko; Antunović, Ranko; Marković, Biljana; Antunović, RankoModalna analiza je dinamička analiza linearnih sistema sa N stepeni slobode koja se zasniva na metodi razvijanja po vlastitim oblicima ili tonovima. Kroz ovaj rad je prikazano analitičko određivanje sopstvenih frekvencija oscilovanja pogonskog vratila mjenjačkog prenosnika snage DMB 6.80.235 primjenom Ojler-Bernulijeve teorije greda. Dobijeni rezultati su poređeni sa rezultatima sopstvenih frekvencija baziranim na ranijim istraživanjima, a dobijenim na osnovu eksperimentalne postavke, kao i numeričkim putem uz upotrebu software-a Ansys Workbench 12.1. Konačan cilj rada je dobijanje pouzdanog matematičkog modela sprezanjem parcijanih prenosnih funkcija.

It is well known that changing of the material properties at high temperatures leading to reduced carrying capacity of structures. Therefore, it is necessary to know the temperature distribution in the carrying element to avoid disturbing the integrity of construction. Basic equations which governs the problem of heat transfer in terms of finite element method (FEM) are presented taking into account the initial and boundary conditions. Heat transfer through beam supports of wagon structure for transportation of hot steel ingots is solved by software PAK Multyphisics. It is shown that the temperature of carrying elements is slightly elevated, which does not affect the normal operation of wagon construction.

The research of tribological processes and failure of plain bearings should indicate the possible causes and the necessary measures to be applied in order to reduce the tribological processes and failure of plain bearings. In this paper, possible causes of tribological processes and failure of plain bearings were analyzed. Having in mind the most important causes of tribological processes and failure, a proposal for monitoring the condition is given.

In this way, one can survey a large scale of machines and processes, without loss of reliability, as well reducing the costs of maintenance and increasing system profitability. This is the paramount demand of the modern production philosophy. The paper, consideres importance of data selection and implementation of appropriate diagnostic techniques with particular emphasis on the analysis of the dynamic behavior of rotating machinery. Shown are some of the results of diagnostic analysis that have been conducted on machines in a real operation, applying advanced methods of technical diagnostics.

Additionally, including vibration-diagnostics monitoring of machines in addition with analytics methods, it is possible monitoring and quantification dynamics parameter of machine. By means analysis dynamics behavior of rotor, it is possible diagnostics defect which relating on rotor and other parts of machine, and solve it. In last time, vibrations analysis and monitoring are become the most wide spread and softest part of machines diagnostics. Detection, identification and removing of problems about work of machine is simpler if we modeling few dynamics solution. When forming model which oriented on discovering defect by means sensors measured vibrations, which almost located in bearings, mathematics model is presented as elastic rotor with concentrated weight. Experimental results from test tables leading company in the world Bentley Nevada Co. USA used as base for development of this model. As note, mathematics model in the most cases based on radial oscillation of rotor and torsion oscillations in someone cases. Torsion vibration are not detect without special sensors even if they are his magnitude near destruction level.

Proces proizvodnje čvrstih goriva iz drvne biomase počinje sa tehnologijama za skupljanje drvnog ostatka, počev od obaranja stabla pa sve do sistema za preradu (za usitnjavanje, drobljenje, sušenje, presovanje ukoliko se pravi briket ili pelet). Efikasnost proizvodnje drvnog čipsa je u relaciji sa ukupnom uloženom energijom po 1 kWh donje toplotne moći proizvedenog goriva. Ovaj rad će prikazati analizu ukupno uložene energije u snabdijevačkom lanacu proizvodnje drvnog čipsa u funkciji od transportnih distanci i vlage u drvetu. Model za analizu energetskog indeksa proizvodnje drvnog čipsa urađen je u softverskom paketu Mathcad.
- СтавкаEXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL STRENGTH ANALYSIS OF WAGON FOR CONTAINERS TRANSPORTATION(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2016) Milovanović, Vladimir; Živković, Miroslav; Jovičić, Gordana; Dišić, Aleksandar; Milutinović, Miroslav; Marković, Biljana; Antunović, RankoThis paper presents comparative experimental and numerical strength analysis of wagon for containers transportation according to the TSI standard and norm EN 12663-2:2010. The aim of this analysis is to show that results of stresses obtained by measuring with strain gauges and stresses obtained by FEM calculation gives good agreement. Based on the results and their good match, it can be concluded that the numerical FEM analysis can be reliably used for structural analysis. According to this fact, FEM analysis can reduce number of the testing new products. This leads to great savings in the design of new prototypes, in order to immediately start the process of mass production. This would lead to significantly less cost of products.

The results were compared with the values of natural frequencies determined numerically in software Ansys Workbench 12.1 in which the mentioned shaft was modeled previously. Experimental results were processed in software packages MatLab and OriginPro.
- СтавкаFailure diagnosis and prognosis of sliding bearings(2019) Antunović, Ranko; Vučetić, Nikola; Halep, AmirSliding bearings are widely used machine elements from which the correct operation depends on the availability of many technical systems and great attention is paid to the study of the prediction method for sliding bearings. Problems that occur with sliding bearings lead to high levels of vibration and noise. One of the important parameters in the diagnosis and prediction of the failure of sliding bearings is the thermal analysis. In addition to these parameters, frequent vibration spectrum analysis, oil film thickness and other relevant parameters are often used. Using advanced technologies, it is possible to significantly reduce the duration of measurement, and on the other hand increase the accuracy of diagnostic methods. Phase logic is a mathematically formalized mode of representation modeling uncertainty. In this paper, a selection of damage in the operation of a sliding bearing has been made and the way of diagnosing these problems is shown. Methods that integrate several diagnostic parameters into one show reliable methods of early detection of slip bearing damage.

Existing heating system with natural gas turned out to be very expensive with high costs in terms of consumption of natural gas on annual level but also due to the high price of natural gas. Alternative possibility of heating premises within the school is seen in the installation of boilers that use wood pellets as an energy source. Above all, wood pellet represents an environmentally clean fuel in terms of CO2 emissions, but also because of the availability of resource from nearby factories that produce pellets, it can be used as a domestic fuel. In this way, the story of sustainable community development is encouraged, as well as the flow of capital within the community is closed .
- СтавкаFurther Investigation of the Repetitive Failure in an Aircraft Engine Cylinder Head - Mechanical properties of Aluminum alloy 242.0(2020) Vučetić, Nikola; Jovičić, Gordana; Krstić, Branimir; Živković, Miroslav; Milovanović, Vladimir; Kačmarčik, Josip; Antunović, RankoAluminum alloys are widely used in military and aviation industry due to their properties such as low density and high strength. During the aircraft operation there are mechanical failures of various structural components caused by numerous mechanisms such as corrosion, material defects, high cycle fatigue and the like. One of the frequent mechanical failures on air-cooled piston engines is the cylinder head cracking. This paper is the continuation a comprehensive research of the Lycoming IO-360-B1F aircraft cylinder head failure. The failure of this type has already occurred during flight and about 50 failures like this have been registered from around the world, some of them with a fatal outcome and therefore require detailed research. The paper consists of machining of the tested specimens and their testing at many different locations and in many different laboratories throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Slovenia. This paper is based on a research that includes the experimental analysis of mechanical properties of Aluminum alloy 242.0 which is a constituent material of the cylinder head of the Lycoming IO-360-B1F aircraft engine on which a crack appeared. Based on chemical, metallographic, static and dynamic experimental tests of the material properties, Aluminum alloy 242.0 static and fatigue properties were obtained, S-N curve was formed and endurance limit was determined. Results of numerical simulations of experiments, confirmed by experimental results, were performed to make numerical procedures reliable due to further research. The results of the research are planned to be implemented in numerical modeling of the cylinder assembly stress-strain state under workload and in further numerical research of Lycoming IO-360-B1F cylinder assembly integrity assessment.

Svrha ovog standarda je da omogući organizacijama da uspostave sistem i procese potrebne za poboljšanje energetskih performansi, uključujući i energetsku efikasnost, korištenje i potrošnju. Implementacija sistema za upravljanje energijom, pomaže organizacijama u planiranju radi smanjenja troškova energenata, optimizaciji primjene energije, smanjenja zagađivanja životne sredine i obezbjeđenje odgovarajućeg sadržaja energije proporcionalnog kvaliteta i troškova.
- СтавкаINTEGRITY ASSESSMENT OF AN AIRCRAFT CYLINDER ASSEMBLY WITH A CRACK(Associated Publishers, 2022) Vučetić, Nikola; Jovičić, Gordana; Antunović, Ranko; Sovilj-Nikić, Sandra; Košarac, Aleksandar; Jeremić, DejanThe repeatability of the air-cooled piston engine cylinder assembly failure due to a crack in the cylinder head, as well as its severity from the aspect of crew and passenger safety were the main motives for our research. In this paper an integrity assessment of a cylinder assembly with a crack was performed. By modeling cracks of different lengths in the cylinder head and considering the values of stress intensity factors and J-integral values at a given crack length on the one hand and determining the critical values of these fracture mechanics parameters on the other hand, the stability of the crack was examined. As part of the research, the dependence of the crack length on the stress intensity factor was established. The methodology proposed in this paper can be adapted to assess the integrity of other similar structural elements
- СтавкаISPITIVANJE ZAMORNIH KARAKTERISTIKA LEGURE ALUMINIJUMA 242.0 S CILJEM PROCJENE INTEGRITETA AVIONSKOG CILIDARSKOG SKLOPA SA PRSLINOM(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2022) Vučetić, Nikola; Jovičić, Gordana; Antunović, Ranko; Milovanović, Vladimir; Krstić, Branimir; Jeremić, Dejan; Golubović, Dušan; Milutinović, Miroslav; Prodanović, SašaU cilju procjene integriteta cilindarskog sklopa avionskog motora Lycoming IO-360-B1F usljed pojave prsline na glavi cilindra potrebno je izvršiti niz eksperimentalnih ispitivanja legure aluminijuma 242.0 kao sastavnog materijala glave cilindra, među kojima je ispitivanje zamornih karakteristika na sobnoj i na povišenoj temperaturi. Dobijeni rezultati korišćeni su kao ulazni podaci u numeričkoj strukturnoj analizi razmatranog cilindarskog sklopa. Cilj ispitivanja materijala na zamor jeste odrediti dinamičku čvrstoću, odnosno najveći dinamički napon koji materijal pri određenom broju promjena opterećenja može da izdrži, a da pri tome ne dođe do loma.
- СтавкаKOMPARACIJA EMISIJA CO2 ZA SNABDIJEVAČKE LANCE GORIVIMA OD DRVNE BIOMASE I UGLJA(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2016) Mrkić, Maja Bosančić; Vasković, Srđan; Gvero, Petar; Halilović, Velid; Petrović, Daliborka; Marković, Biljana; Antunović, RankoPotrošnja fosilnih goriva za aktiviranje mehanizacije za prikuplјanje, transport i preradu biomase u neku vrstu čvrstih goriva stvara određenu količinu uglјen – dioksida (CO2) koja se emituje u atmosferu. S druge strane ako se posmatra jedan snabdijevački lanac energijom iz fosilnog goriva (uglja) tada imamo isto sličnu situaciju što se tiče emisija za aktivaciju mehanizacije. Međutim, ključna razlika je u tome što sagorijevanje biomase u nekom postrojenju tretira se kao CO2 neutralno, dok se kod sagorijevanja uglja uzima ekvivalentna vrijednost emisije CO2 jer se u pitanju fosilno gorivo. Ovaj rad vrši komparaciju emisija koje se pojavljuju u ova dva tipa energetskih lanca.
- СтавкаMATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR TEMPERATURE CHANGE OF A JOURNAL BEARING(Vinča Nuclear Research Institute, Belgrade, Srbija, 2018) Antunović, Ranko; Halep, Amir; Bučko, Mihael M.; Perić, Sreten R.In this work, a representative mathematical model has been developed, which re-liably describes the heating and cooling of a journal bearing as a result of its malfunctioning, and the model has been further confirmed on a test bench. The bearing model was validated by using analytical modeling methods, i. e. the ex-perimental results were compared to the data obtained by analytical calculations. The regression and variance analysis techniques were applied to process the rec-orded data, to test the mathematical model and to define mathematical functions for the heating/cooling of the journal bearing. This investigation shows that a representative model may reliably indicate the change in the thermal field, which may be a consequence of journal bearing damage.
- СтавкаMJERENJE OBRTNOG MOMENTA NA KARDANOVOM VRATILU UGRAĐENOM U TERETNO MOTORNO VOZILO(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet Istočno Sarajevo, 2014) Milutinović, Miroslav; Đurić, Aleksija; Trifković, Spasoje; Vučetić, Nikola; Marković, Biljana; Antunović, RankoZa analize, razvoj ili usavršavanje postojeće konstrukcije pogonskog agregata ili mjenjačkog prenosnika potrebno je prije svega poznavanje opterećenja koje nastaju u toku eksploatacije. U radu je predstavljen način mjerenja opterećenja (obrtnog momenta), na kardanovom vratilu ugrađenom u teretno motorno vozilo, primjenom mjernih traka. Cilj rada je utvrđivanje varijacija obrtnog momenta zavisno od uslova eksploatacije (podloge puta, stepeni prenosa, opterećenja vozila, i dr.). Mjerenje je izvršeno za različite putne karakterisitke (kretanje vozila po ravnom terenu, uz i niz nagib). Rezultati su predstavljeni tabelarno i pomoću dijagrama, a na osnovu dobijenih vrijednosti obrtnog momenta izračunato je procentualno iskorišćenje snage pogonskog agregata ugrađenog u predmetno vozilo. Dobijeni rezultati imaju značajnu ulogu za konstruktore jer daje sveobuhvatnost opterećenja na kardanovom vratilu, a koji predstavljaju podlogu za budući razvoj ili rekonstrukciju pogonskog agregata ili mjenjačkog prenosnika, te osnovu za formiranje spektara opterećenja zupčanika i ležaja ugrađenih u mjenjački prenosnik.

Parameters that carry the most information about the state of the system are certainly vibration parameters. Diagnostic approach lies in the fact that any malfunction machine produces a vibration predefined character. In this paper some of vibration analysis that have been done in Hidroelectric power plants on the HPP Vrbas.
- СтавкаNOVE TEHNOLOGIJE U FUNKCIJI NADZORA RADA MAŠINSKIH SISTEMA(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2012) Batinić, Željko; Radović, Zoran; Nikšić, Petar; Antunović, Ranko; Antunović, RankoPojavom sve složenijih i zahtjevnijih tehničkih sistema od presudnog značaja postaje potreba razvoja i primjene odgovarajućih dijagnostičkih sistema koje treba da obezbijede visoku raspoloživost i pouzdanost u radu tih sistema. Razvoj mikroprocesorske tehnologije i na njoj zasnovane digitalne obrade signala omogućava praćenje i prikazivanje svih relevantnih podataka, u odgovarajućem obliku (formatu), koji govore o stvarnom stanju (zdravlju) mašinskih sistema. Tako razvijen nadzorni sistem omogućava da upravljamo mašinskim sistemima i procesom u cjelini. U ovom radu su prikazani potrebni dijagnostički parametri i trenutno razvijeni nadzorno-dijagnostički vodećih svjetskih kompanija. Dat je i primjer razvijenog nadzornog sistema hidroagregata.
