    ANALIZA OSJETLJIVOSTI SNABDIJEVAČKIH LANACA DRVNIM PELETOM ZA REALNE USLOVE KOJI ODGOVARAJU BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI

    Biomasa predstavlja značajan obnovljivi resurs. Posebno ako se njenom korišćenju prilazi sistematski i uz dobro planiranje. Drvna biomasa je najznačajniji predstavnik biomase koji se već uveliko koristi u proizvodnji peleta. S obzirom da je veliki broj mašina, postrojenja, ljudi i opreme uključen u proizvodni lanac peleta, potrebno je ustanoviti koji to faktori i koliko utiču na ovaj proces. Prije svega misli se na konačno formiranje cijene drvnog peleta i njegove zavisnosti od drugih energenata, cijena sirove biomase, transportnih distanci, cijene električne energije i slično. Ovaj rad je spojio proizvodni lanac peleta sa postrojenjem i distribucijom toplote u objekat preko odgovarajućeg matematičkog modela. Upravo smo u prošle dvije godine bili svjedoci nedostataka drvnog peleta i naglog porasta njegove cijene na tržištu. To svakako dodatno promoviše ovu problematiku i daje joj smisao za istraživanje. Postavlja se pitanje šta su realni uslovi pri kojima treba da dođe do povećanja cijena peleta na tržištu i za koliko? Odgovore na to daje ovaj rad.

    ANALYSIS OF GEAR RATIOS OF TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CYCLOID DRIVE TRAIN

    The cyclo drive train is a special variant of the planetary drive train, where the planets are gears with a cycloid profile, while rollers are placed on the central gears (wheels). An analysis of the gear ratios of two types of cycloid drive train was performed. The first type is a classic cycloid drive train, while the second is a special variant with stepped planets. The cycloid drive with stepped planets can achieve very large gear ratios, while using central gears with a relatively small number of rollers.

    Water systems use significant amounts of energy to the abstraction, treatment, transport and distribution of drinking water to consumers. It is not uncommon for waterwork companies to use a lot more energy than is necessary for the functioning of the water supply system. As a result, even relatively small increases in energy efficiency can contribute to the financial benefits of waterworks companies. The paper presents aspects, i. e. the possibilities of improving energy efficiency of water supply systems in each phase of water supply.

    In order for the project to be successfully implemented, each individual involved in the project must possess appropriate competencies and skills. Competencies/skills have a great influence when assembling the project team itself and when deciding on the inclusion of new members in the existing project team. In particular, the competencies and skills of the project manager have an impact on the successful realization of the project's goals. The members of the project team must possess certain competencies/skills in order to successfully cooperate with each other and to successfully implement the tasks assigned to them. The main goal of this research paper is a comparative review and analysis of competencies/skills in traditional and agile project management approaches. Also, the paper highlights the roles, responsibilities and powers of each team member, both in the traditional and in the agile approach.

    Consideration of Opportunities for the Optimization of Heat Energy Consumption in Industry and Energetics

    One of the priorities of modern industrial production is the optimization of heat energy consumption. The use of different technical solutions can reduce the heat energy consumption in industry and energetics. The paper considers how the optimization of heat energy consumption is influenced by the following technical solutions: increasing the efficiency of the boiler, returning the condensate to steam boilers and using the evaporator, setting the process parameters of combustion in industrial furnaces, heat insulation of the reservoirs, vessels and installations, application of heat pumps and the use of renewable energy sources and waste materials. Each of the considered technical solutions leads to a reduction in the consumption of heat energy and emissions of waste gases into the atmosphere

    Design of Pico Hydropower Plants for Rural Electrification

    Pico hydro power stations include all hydropower systems with output of up to 5 kW. These systems have proven themselves to provide a reliable source of electricity for rural areas. Apart from rural area electrification, pico hydro power stations are convenient for utilizing the hydropower potential of water supply systems. This paper shows the calculation procedure and the selection criteria for basic components of a pico hydropower station based on a Pelton turbine. The paper provides an example of calculation procedure as well as the possibility of using them in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

    ISPITIVANJE ZAMORNIH KARAKTERISTIKA LEGURE ALUMINIJUMA 242.0 S CILJEM PROCJENE INTEGRITETA AVIONSKOG CILIDARSKOG SKLOPA SA PRSLINOM

    U cilju procjene integriteta cilindarskog sklopa avionskog motora Lycoming IO-360-B1F usljed pojave prsline na glavi cilindra potrebno je izvršiti niz eksperimentalnih ispitivanja legure aluminijuma 242.0 kao sastavnog materijala glave cilindra, među kojima je ispitivanje zamornih karakteristika na sobnoj i na povišenoj temperaturi. Dobijeni rezultati korišćeni su kao ulazni podaci u numeričkoj strukturnoj analizi razmatranog cilindarskog sklopa. Cilj ispitivanja materijala na zamor jeste odrediti dinamičku čvrstoću, odnosno najveći dinamički napon koji materijal pri određenom broju promjena opterećenja može da izdrži, a da pri tome ne dođe do loma.

    Vodovodni sistemi su veliki potrošači električne energije. Potrošnja električne energije, kroz pumpanje vode, predstavlja najveći dio energijskih troškova u sektoru vodosnabdijevanja. U tom kontekstu širom svijeta se nastoje smanjiti troškovi električne energije vodovodnih sistema. U radu je prikazan pristup kontrole rada pumpnih stanica kojim se mogu smanjiti troškovi vodovodnog preduzeća, te i na taj način obezbjediti održivost sistema vodosnabdijevanja.

    Successful system control can`t be achieved without taking into account system nature. Present paper contain overview of control strategies for various multivariable systems. Regarding the mathematical model, order of system and eventual presence of dead time have high influence on the choice of method, which can ensure appropriate design of decoupler and controller. All in order to ensure desired dynamical behaviour of system. Due to that, it is very important to recognize if controlled object is mechanical system or industrial process. Systems with two inputs and two outputs has been illustrated here. Consideration has been supported and presented by appropriate simulations from relevant investigations.

    U radu je dat pregled istraživanja mehaničkih otkaza različitih strukturnih elemenata vazduhoplova, kao u učestalost pojedinih mehanizama otkaza. Naveden je konkretan problem pucanja glave cilindra avionskog vazdušno hlađenog klipnog motora, te je predstavljen plan i cilj istraživanja u cilju razvoja metodologije za procjenu integriteta cilindarskog sklopa. U okviru planiranih istraživanja neophodno bi bilo izvršiti eksperimentalnu analizu mehaničkih karakteristika legure aluminijuma 242.0 na sobnoj i povišenoj temperaturi, kao i numeričku analizu cilindarskog sklopa. Prikazani su očekivani rezultati istraživanja, kao i zaključna razmatranja vezana za značaj samog istraživanja.

    POSTROJENJA ZA PROIZVODNJU SEKUNDARNIH ENERGENATA OD DRVNOG OTPADA – KAPACITETI I MOGUĆNOSTI NA PODRUČJU ZENIČKO – DOBOJSKOG KANTONA

    Utvrđivanje kapaciteta proizvodnje sekundarnih energenata na području Zeničko-dobojskog kantona pruža važno uporište za detaljnije i racionalnije planiranje korištenja drvnog otpada iz različitih izvora, koji nastaje na navedenom području. U ovom radu istražene su i prikazane prednosti korištenja sekundarnih energenata u odnosu na fosilna goriva, i to sa ekonomskog, ekološkog i energetskog aspekta. U cilju prikupljanja podataka kreiran je anketni upitnik sa konkretnim pitanjima vezanim za proizvodnju sekundarnih energenata na koja su odgovore dali odgovorna lica subjekata koji su obuhvaćeni istraživanjem. Rezultati rada pokazuju da potencijal proizvodnje sekundarnih energenata na području Zeničko-dobojskog kantona ne koristi se na zadovoljavajućem nivou. Maksimalni kapaciteti proizvodnje se ni približno ne ostvaruju. Zaključci govore da je proizvodnja cijepanog drveta tek 49% od maksimalnog kapaciteta, peleta i briketa oko 60%.

    Entrepreneurship, through the creation of new jobs, increased innovation and poverty reduction, has been recognized as the main factor in economic and social development. In this paper, special attention is paid to the development of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and attitudes through entrepreneurial education. There is an increasing awareness that entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and attitudes can be learned, leading to a more visible development of the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial culture in individuals and society as a whole. The paper presents the process of improvement of entrepreneurial competences among students of engineering disciplines. The process of improvement represents the approaches developed within Erasmus + REBUS projects.

    PROJECT METHODOLOGIES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE PROJECT SUCCESS

    It is very difficult or even impossible to know precisely at the initial planning stage what are all the activities that need to be carried out in order to complete the project and what their cost and duration parameters are. Also, this could be less or more complex, depending on the project methodology. Traditional approach consists of five phases, which include the planning phase or activity, which means that with this approach planning is imperative. On the other hand, through agile methodology, projects are typically completed in cycles with the next cycle returning to the planning phase. Nowdays it isn’t unknown that many organizations are using a combination of both agile and traditional methods (hybrib model) which may introduce more overhead in regards to additional project documentation. The purpose of this paper is to qualitatively express, based on a literature review, the influence of different project methodologies on the project success, with an emphasis on the application of the project methodologies in different branches of the economy. The results of this work should show which project methodology is best to use in which economic area, in order to more easily ensure the success of the project.

    PRORAČUN TROSEGMENTNOG STUBA ZA JAVNU RASVJETU

    U radu je izvršen statički proračun stuba sa za javnu rasvjetu sa proračunom čvrstoće stuba u kritičnim presjecima za najnepovoljniji slučaj opterećenja stuba. Visina stuba je 8m sa tri segmenta iste dužine prečnika 133mm, 108mm i 76mm sa dvije noseće lire visine dužine 1,5m.

    RESEARCH ABOUT POSSIBILITY FOR INCINERATION IN FLUIDISED BED OF WASTE MATERIALS PRODUCED BY PROCESSING OF USED LUBRICATING OILS

    In acid refining processes of used lubricating oil with sulphuric acid it is characteristic a creation of certain amount of waste which has to be disposed in an environmentally friendly way. Waste materials produced by acid refining process are: residue after the filtration process and resinousasphalt substance technically commonly named acid gudron. The paper presents the research results obtained in the experimental plant designed for the treatment of waste produced by refining of used lubricating oils sampled from the dump. With appropriate adjustment of process parameters, the results obtained during experimental tests in perspective would be a good basis for design of large capacity plants for treatment of waste materials such or similar physical and chemical characteristics

    REVIEW OF TECHNIQUES FOR LANDFILL LEACHATE TREATMENT

    One of the basic problems of waste management, which is in practice encountered in landfills, is the collection and treatment of wastewater. Their production, and therefore quantity, depends on the age of the landfill, types of waste, climatic conditions, etc. These wastewater must not be discharged directly into the environment without prior collection and adequate treating. Water from solid waste, as well as water infiltrated into the landfill, forms a medium in which all soluble matter is dissolved and which causes the movement of unreacted material towards the bottom of the landfill. These waters are known as leachate water. The paper presents the production and composition of leachate landfills, and reviewed the technologies that are most often applied for their treatment. It can be concluded that leachate water due to its complex composition poses environmental risks and must be managed in an environmentally friendly manner.

    Jedan od glavnih ciljeva savremene industrijske proizvodnje je smanjenje potrošnje energije po jedinici proizvoda. Povećanje energetske efikasnosti u industriji dovodi do smanjenja potrošnje energije, a ujedno i do smanjenja negativnog uticaja tehnoloških i energetskih postrojenja na životnu sredinu. Nizom mera i aktivnosti u industrijskim pogonima može se uticati na smanjenje potrošnje energije, a time direktno i na troškove proizvodnje. Da bi se smanjila potrošnja energije neophodna je primena savremenih tehničkih rešenja. U radu su prezentovana tehničko-tehnološka rešenja kojima se postiže racionalizacija potrošnje goriva, električne energije i vode za potrebe proizvodnog procesa u industriji.

    Smanjenje potrošnje toplotne energije postiže se primenom odgovarajućih tehničkih rešenja. U cilju smanjenja gubitaka toplote u industriji i energetici primenjuje se toplotna izolacija opreme i instalacija. Pri projektovanju od posebnog značaja je izbor adekvatnog izolacionog materijala i debljine izolacije. Pored osnovnog zadatka koji se odnosi na smanjenje gubitaka toplote izolacijom se postižu i drugi efekti, kao što su: zvučna izolacija, protivpožarna zaštita materijala i zaštita pogonskih radnika od opekotina. U radu su prezentovane osnovne tehničke karakteristike i značaj toplotne izolacije. Na konkretnom primeru je izvršeno praćenja uticaja toplotne izolacije na smanjenje gubitaka toplote
