Therefore, the rapidly expanding concept of maintenance, where people would say that maintaining a process that allows the management of the technical condition and reliability during the entire life cycle of the system. Traditionally, maintenance has been considered as a support function, non-productive and not a core function adding little value to business. However it has been noticed that many manufacturing industries have used various approaches to improve maintenance effectiveness. An analysis of the problem of machines and industrial systems maintenance as well as maintenance strategies and maintenance management process is presented in this paper. Furthermore, a development process of traditional and modern maintenance management information system is given. The possibility of development maintenance management, applying decision support systems and expert systems, are presented, at the end.

First phase indicates the need to develop an algorithm for production management which involves overhaul of technical systems. Second phase points out the problems of companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Third phase defines a model of production management, as well as conditions and restrictions that govern the process. Fourth phase develops the algorithm, based on the defined model, for solving the problem of process management in companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Research has shown that the algorithm can be defined and used for process management in overhaul-production system, with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the production system.

Based on the fact that mental and technological creativity grows just in times of crisis, the Lean concept is gaining recognition and becoming a challenge to future scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs in our country. Inspired by the Japanese automotive industry, it is synonymous with a good way to get out of the crisis. The time of crisis in giving us the best time to develop the strategies of work process improvement and the application of Lean concept. The crisis facilitates the use of new paradigms with completely new mental models in the business of organizational systems. This concept provides a focus on people, their training in work processes, teamwork and continuous improvement. They are crucial for the efficiency level in the use of key resources: people, techniques, property or capital invested in human labour performance.

The role of entrepreneurship is universal. It includes almost all aspects of human life. Every society uses entrepreneurs’ experience in management, support and success encouragement, resource activation, motivation and risk awarding, business efficiency, stability and growth, taking responsibility and business risk. Entrepreneurs see their chances where others see confusion and chaos. Key players enabling such changes are free entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurial managers, persistent innovators, and creators of a new business world.
- СтавкаCHARACTERISTICS OF BUSINESS INCUBATORS(Faculty of Engineering Hunedoara, University Politehnica Timisoara, 2020) Medaković, Vlado; Marić, BogdanThe paper presents general characteristics of entrepreneurial infrastructure - business incubators. One of the modern ways of support to small newly established enterprises and entrepreneurs, which are in a development life phase, is the system of technological infrastructure: entrepreneurial incubators, technology centres, science parks and business zones. Those are different organizations which help entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas and to overcome more easily the initial problems in business, for which, in a wider context, the term business incubators is used, and also the clusters related to entrepreneurs who are in an advanced phase of entrepreneurship. An incubator is extremely suitable for newly founded small enterprises, which do not have their own business premises, sufficient funds and experience, on one hand, but, on the other hand, they have entrepreneurial ideas, goals and determination to do business. The opportunity to give local and regional support to newly founded and small enterprises by means of business incubators in Bosnia and Herzegovina is significant because it delivers the key elements for the development of incubators, such as unused spaces in all municipalities, that can be easily transformed into a workspace and adapt to the needs of new entrepreneurs.

Researches in area of possible appearance crisis in small and medium size enterprises, and science enterprise management which is crisis, have large significance when we talk about survival those enterprises, apropos possible prevention their bankrupt. We can see that theory is mostly dedicated to enterprises repairing. The early symptom in sight of crisis and prevention latent crisis of enterprise are pointed up. Crisis management and analysis of strategy for turn out from the crisis, as we can see in this is paper, expand views and enable giving certain recommendations for appliance in practice.
- СтавкаDESIGN OF WORKING UNITS IN THE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF TOOL MACHINES REPAIR(University Politehnica Timisoara, Faculty of Engineering Hunedoara, 2022) Marić, Bogdan; Medaković, Vlado; Imre, KissThe paper investigates the possibility of applying the concept of production on the principle of the group technology. To make that possible, it is necessary to have a stable production program as one of the most influential factors in the choice of spatial structure. The following factors have been observed: the process of grouping parts of machine tools in the overhaul by applying the classification system and subject approach in the construction of production structures. Еmpirical research has been related to the classification and categorisation of parts - production programs. In the second phase, the analysis of classification and operational similarity of parts in the machine tools overhaul process has been performed. Тhe third phase has been related to the analysis of the representation of operational groups of individual machine tools in relation to the total number of formed operational groups in the machine tools overhaul production system. Research has shown that there are certain laws in the formation of operational groups, which can reliably assess the impact of analysed factors on the formation of permanent work units in terms of equipment allocation and workplaces (layout) regardless of the introduction of different types of machine tools in the overhaul process, and that has enabled the overhaul process efficiency increase in the overhaul system.

Waste elimination represents great potential in terms of improving the production process. To eliminate wastes, it is necessary to perform an analysis of the work process, to identify all the causes that lead to wastes and, based on that, to plan and implement improvement measures to reduce or eliminate these wastes. In this paper, it is proposed to eliminate Lean wastes by eliminating the failures that lead to them. Identifying and eliminating failures also leads to eliminating wastes. The Ishikawa diagram was used to identify failures. By applying the failures elimination method, Lean waste will also be eliminated.

This paper presents contents of literature and review of a company motives on integrated management system (IMS) implementation, namely factors affecting the IMS implementation.

Firstly question on choice and a reason for implementation of standards is raised. Management and employees expect benefits on the implementation and they pass and minimize the implementation barriers. Basic concept on integrated management system (IMS) into SMEs and analyze on reasons and advantages at IMS implementation are presented in this paper.

Dat je pregled strategija, sa osvrtom na održavanje prema pouzdanosti. Prikazane su strategije održavanja tehničkih sistema, njihovi šematski prikazi i međusobna upoređivanja, kao i trendovi u upravljanju održavanjem tehničkih sistema. Primjenom datih strategija mogle bi se, ostvariti uštede u održavanju, kako sa aspekta ekonomskih pokazatelja, uloženih sredstava, tako i sa aspekta rada mašina, odnosno tehničkih sistema u stanju u radu.

Cilj funkcije održavanja predstavlja obezbjeđenje mogućnosti funkcionisanja sredstava za rad u skladu sa njihovom namjenom (funkcijom kriterijuma), zahtjevima osnovnog korisnika sredstava za rad (funkcija proizvodnje) sa minimalnim troškovima, u datom vremenu i uslovima, koji je u saglasnosti sa ciljem poslovnog sistema. Za utvrđivanje pokazatelja uspješnosti funkcije održavanja koristi se više metoda. Najčešće su korištene indikatorske metode. U ovom radu primjenjena je kompleksna metoda uz određena ograničenja: tehničko, organizacijsko i ekonomsko stanovište. U konkretnom primjeru prikazani su ukupni pokazatelji uspješnosti održavanja preko tehničke, organizacijske i ekonomske komponenete u ZD RMU "Abid Lolić" Bila-Travnik, za period 2011-2013.
- СтавкаMODELING OF THE FLANK OF A TOOTH OF WORM GEAR MILLING CUTTERS FOR MAKING GROOVED SHAFTS(University Politehnica Timisoara, Faculty of Engineering Hunedoara, 2017) Marić, Bogdan; Medaković, VladoThe paper presents the computer model of replacement (approximation) of a curved (theoretical) profile of the flank of a tooth of worm gear milling cutter for making grooved shafts with a circle using computers, with the aim of creating quality products for the production and conditions for the achievement of minimum production costs. Also, we compared replacement errors of theoretical profile of the flank of a tooth using the circle, obtained as calculated (output) value from present computer models with the results obtained using Frafeld tables. Based on the analysis carried out for the example of the calculation of a milling cutter for making a grooved shaft with channels it can be concluded that given theoretical computer model of replacement of theoretical profile of the flank of a tooth of the milling cutter using the circle described in the paper in relation to the calculation made using Frafeld tables provides a minor error replacement (approximation).

With its application an unbalanced strategic state is translated to the balanced state on the way of equal engagement of all resources and segments of functioning of HEI. After the estimated needs for the establishment of a BSC, existing strategic goals of HEI are translated into KSF, and later in the KPI, on which basis is the proven original use of the BSC, and that is translating strategy into an understandable set of indicators. On that way the number of original KPI is reduced on the acceptable number for monitoring and decision making. Creating a strategy map is a simplified picture of the strategy and provided a contribution to the effective implementation of the strategy through the understanding of key parameters of all relevant perspectives of functioning.

Održavanje tehničkih sistema (mašina i uređaja), odnosno sredstava za rad, kao funkcija i dio procesa proizvodnje zauzima danas važno mjesto u proizvodnom sistemu svake organizacije, odnosno proizvodnog sistema. Na razvoj održavanja uticao je brz industrijski napredak, kao i stalni porast automatizacije i povezanosti sredstava za rad, zatim nagli porast fiksnih troškova u odnosu na promjenljive. Sredstva se tokom vremena troše i smanjuje im se radna sposobnost. Sredstva za rad su podložna kvarovima, lomovima i oštećenjima, pa se pojavljuju prekidi u radu. To uzrokuje pojavu troškova zbog zamjene i popravke dijelova, ali i troškove zbog zastoja u procesu proizvodnje. Postojeći modeli upravljanja održavanjem tehničkih sistema imaju za cilj obezbeđenje željene pouzdanosti i raspoloživosti sistema, po mogućnosti uz što manje troškova.
- СтавкаREMONT TEHNIČKIH SISTEMA & SOFTVERSKI ALATI ZA UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet u Zenici, 2014-06) Marić, Bogdan; Božičković, Ranko; Jašarević, Sabahudin; Brdarević, Safet; Jašarević, SabahudinU radu su prezentovana istraživanja u smislu potvrđivanja da je softverskih alata za upravljanje projektima Microsoft Project Profesional u potpunosti primjenljiv za upravljanje remontnim procesom kao projektom. Dokazano je da Microsoft Project u potpunosti ispunjava dinamičke zahtjeve koji se javljaju u procesima remonta turbomlaznih motora (TMM) u avio indistriji. Rezultati istraživanja obrađeni su „matričnim dijagramima“ po ORACLE metodologiji - Model Business System i System Modeling Techniques. Istraživanja su izvršena u realnom remontno-proizvodnom sistemu.
- СтавкаRESEARCH OF IMPACT OF LAYOUT OVERHAUL SYSTEM ON EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY OF OVERHAUL PROCESS(University Politehnica Timisoara, Faculty of Engineering Hunedoara, 2017) Marić, Bogdan; Medaković, Vlado; Imre, KissThis paper presents the results of the research on the effect of the concept of Lean tools - Layout to the duration of a cycle of repair and the distribution of the workload at the overhaul cycle in the process of overhaul of technical systems, by the regulation (reconfiguration) of technological systems and distribution of jobs in the spatial structures of overhaul systems in a way to maintain a balanced flow of materials and components necessary for the realization of the process of technical overhaul of the system. Studies of its application were made in the real overhaul system in the process of the repair of a turbojet engine by the simulation of the work processes using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Excel software tools. The research results established the principles of the duration of the overhaul cycles and changes in the workload at the repair cycle in the function of Layout, which can be reliably used to assess the impact of Lean tools on process of effectiveness and efficiency of the studied technical system overhaul.

One of the modern ways to support small newly established enterprises, which are in a developmental life phase, and entrepreneurs is the system of technological infrastructure comprising: entrepreneurial incubators, technology centres, science parks and business zones. Those are the different organizations that help entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas and to overcome more easily the initial problems in business, for which, in a wider context, the term business incubators is used, and also the clusters related to entrepreneurs who are in an advanced phase of entrepreneurship. The paper presents the general characteristics of entrepreneurial infrastructure - clusters. In this paper, we present in the tables existing organizational forms of business infrastructure (clusters and entrepreneurs – business centers: free zones, industrial and business zones, science and technology parks, business incubators), their activities, and numerical strength in the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
- СтавкаSOFTWARE TOOLS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS A LEAN CONCEPT SUPPORT IN THE PROCESS OF TECHNICAL SYSTEM OVERHAUL(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet u Zenici, 2014) Marić, Bogdan; Božičković, Ranko; Jašarević, Sabahudin; Ekinović, Sabahudin; Yalcin, Senay; Vivancos Calvet, JoanThe paper presents research results in terms of confirming that the functions in software tools for project management are fully applicable, complete and consistent in relation to the functional requirements of the tools used by the Lean concept. The paper emphasizes the Nagara system in the process of technical system overhaul. The research results were analyzed by matrix diagrams using ORACLE methodology - Model Business System and System Modelling Techniques. The experimental research has been carried out in the process of turbo jet engine repair in a real overhaul-production system. The research has shown that a software project management tool - Microsoft Project completely fulfil the requirements of the Lean concept tool - Nagara system in the process of technical system overhaul.
