- Ставка3D Visualization of Urban Area Using Lidar Technology and CityGML(2017) Popovic, Dragana; Govedarica, Miro; Jovanovic, Dusan; Radulovic, Aleksandra; Simeunovic, Vlado3D models of urban areas have found use in modern world such as navigation, cartography, urban planning visualization, construction, tourism and even in new applications of mobile navigations. With the advancement of technology there are much better solutions for mapping earth's surface and spatial objects. 3D city model enables exploration, analysis, management tasks and presentation of a city. Urban areas consist of terrain surfaces, buildings, vegetation and other parts of city infrastructure such as city furniture. Nowadays there are a lot of different methods for collecting, processing and publishing 3D models of area of interest. LIDAR technology is one of the most effective methods for collecting data due the large amount data that can be obtained with high density and geometrical accuracy. CityGML is open standard data model for storing alphanumeric and geometry attributes of city. There are 5 levels of display (LoD0, LoD1, LoD2, LoD3, LoD4). In this study, main aim is to represent part of urban area of Novi Sad using LIDAR technology, for data collecting, and different methods for extraction of information's using CityGML as a standard for 3D representation. By using series of programs, it is possible to process collected data, transform it to CityGML and store it in spatial database. Final product is CityGML 3D model which can display textures and colours in order to give a better insight of the cities. This paper shows results of the first three levels of display. They consist of digital terrain model and buildings with differentiated rooftops and differentiated boundary surfaces. Complete model gives us a realistic view of 3D objects.
- СтавкаA Custom Internet of Things Healthcare System(2015) Vujović, Vladimir; Maksimović, Mirjana; Perišić, BrankoHealth is the fundamental capability humans require to perceive, feel, and act effectively, and as such, it represents a primary element in the development of the individual, but also of the environment humans belongs to. That is why it is necessary to provide adequate ways and means to ensure the appropriate healthcare delivery based on parameters monitoring and direct providing of the medical assistance. The new technologies development and implementation, especially the Internet and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) commonly known as the Internet of Things (IoT), enable global approach to the health care system infrastructure development. This leads to e-health system that, in real time manner, supplies a valuable set of information relevant to all of the stakeholders (patients, medical and paramedical stuff, and health insurance) regardless their current location. Commercial systems in this area usually do not meet the general patient needs, and those that do are usually economically unacceptable due to the high operational and development costs. In this paper, based on well-known low-cost technologies, there is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) solution for a sustainable and adaptable patient oriented infrastructure development, presented.

From the cognitive aspect graphical presentations are usually more effective than textual ones, especially when communication between end-users and/or domain practitioners is concerned. Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) graphical tools have become extremely popular concerning the development of applications for a large number of domains. In this paper the emphasis is put on the design and implementation of Graphical Editor for RESTful Sensor Web Network in order to equip designers, with no expert knowledge in specific solution-domain, with a tool that would enable them to easily define tasks, specify network architecture and implement RESTful services. Based on the pilot sensor network design model, the verification, validation and proper functionality of proposed Graphical Editor are performed.

EU as response to food contamination applies a set of laws and standards for food traceability through all stages of production, processing and distribution, forcing that all food and feed operators implement special traceability systems. One of the main and a crucial element of this system is food transport from manufacturer to consumer, and possibility for monitoring food quality through the transportation process. Applying new technologies, like Internet of Things (IoT), nowadays it is possible to connect food producers, transportation and hospitality/retail companies. A low cost solution based on IoT for real-time food tracebility and monitoring in food transportation process is presented in this paper.
- СтавкаA Model of UAV-BasedWaste Monitoring System for Urban Areas(Springer, 2022) Dobrilovic, Dalibor; Jotanovic, Gordana; Stjepanovic, Aleksandar; Jausevac, Goran; Perakovic, DraganThis paper presents an approach in using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with remote imaging for urban waste monitoring. The system is designed to monitor green areas, public trash cans, and unregulated landfills and to detect possible violations of garbage disposal rules. Public green urban areas, such as parks, green surfaces, sport terrains, and bathing areas, are gathering places for people and therefore prone to unregulated waste disposal. The proposed solution describes the real-time monitoring of the area using drones and the detection of irregularities in a garbage disposal. The cameras mounted on drones are used to take images of public targeted areas at pre-mapped points. Visual data collected by supervisor drones are used for further processing and notification of authorized personnel and institutions.
- СтавкаA Proposition of Low Cost Sensor Web Implementation Based on GSM/GPRS Services(2015) Vujović, Vladimir; Maksimović, Mirjana; Perišić, Branko; Milošević, GoranIn past few years, automatic remote systems for monitoring a wide range of environment or process parameters have exposed a rapid growth concerning the technology issues. Entering the era of Internet of Things (IoTs), a highly dynamic and radically distributed networked system, usage of small, cheap, flexible and end-user programmable computer hardware becomes apparent. These objects, deployed in various environments, are able to communicate and to interact among themselves, with end-users or other entities in the network. Using such objects, tasks like monitoring, control or data processing can be easily done. But, in some case, the target environments are often too dangerous, hazardous, unwired, or difficult to access. In such unfriendly environments there are many challenges for monitoring systems (wireless sensor networks) deployment and maintenance. As the possible solution, in this paper we have suggested the creation of an economical remote monitoring system, based on cheap computer board (Raspberry Pi), wireless sensors and GSM/GPRS (Global System for Mobile Communications/General packet radio service). In other words, the Raspberry Pi platform is utilized as central processing unit which provides a set of services for accessing sensor data, and communicates with end users, while different types of sensors (depending of target parameters) can constitute the detection module. 3G/4G USB Modem or GSM/GPRS shields can be used as GSM/GPRS communication module in order to ensure Internet connection. A whole system presents an IoT solution, precisely a Sensor Web node, which can be accessed all over the world, and provide information from a monitored environment. Performed research shows a possibility of setting up this system for a remote communication, control function and monitoring in unfriendly environments. The usage of low cost pieces of hardware verifies that the Raspberry Pi is highly suitable for numerous IoT concept applications and especially in the unfriendly environments.

Researches in area of possible appearance crisis in small and medium size enterprises, and sciense enterprise management which is crisis, have large significance when we talk about survival those enterprises, apropos possible prevention their bancrot. We can see that theory is mostly dedicated to enterprises repairing. The early symptom in sight of crisis and prevention latent crisis of enterprise are pointed up. Crisis management and analysis of strategy for turn out from the crisis, as we can see in this is paper, expand views and enable giving certain recomendations for appliance in practice.

P.Altered state of consciousness is a consequence of quantum change which is presented by photons. There is not exist adequate theory, to describe this phenomenon. Linearized single photon Hamiltonian is used for the analysis of its features in coordinate systems. It can be concluded that photon behavior is equally determined by its translation characteristics (impulse components) and its rotation characteristics expressed by way of spin operators.
- СтавкаACTIVE AND PASSIVE RADON CONCENTRATION MEASUREMENTS AND FIRST-STEP MAPPING IN SCHOOLS OF BANJA LUKA, REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA*(EDITURA ACAD ROMANE, 2012) ĆURGUZ, Z.; ŽUNIĆ, Z. S.; TOLLEFSEN, T.; JOVANOVIČ, P.; NIKEZIĆ, D.; KOLARŽ, P.Radon concentration measurements were performed in all 25 primary schools in Banja Luka city, the capital of Republic of Srpska, during 2011 and 2012, using both active RAD7 continual radon measuring instruments and CR-39 passive (commercially known as Gamma) detectors. The two complimentary methods were employed not only to obtain annual averages, but also to study the dynamics of radon concentration changes during the week. For each school, average and temporal variations of radon concentrations were analysed, taking into consideration local geology, building materials and meteorological conditions. The influence of forced ventilation, caused by frequent opening of doors and windows during working hours, with typical dawn and weekend peaks is evident in most but not all schools. Elevated levels of radon concentration (>400 Bq m-3) were found in a few schools using both methods. Although high correlation factor of 0.8 between passive and active methods was found, still shorttime (one-week) measurements cannot be used for annual estimation of radon activity but only as a screening one. Thus, the conclusion concerns only long time measurements as valid indicator of annual radon activity.

MarkoThis paper proposes the usage of adaptive delay bank (ADB) based on cascaded delayed signal cancellation (CDSC) structure for selective elimination of the harmonics in the synchronous reference frame phase locked loop (SRF-PLL) structures. The ADB is inserted inside the SRF-PLL structure and it is frequency adaptive, which is the advantage over CDSC structures which are used in PLL as pre-filters, not being adaptive at all. Detailed mathematical analysis and simulation results confirmed suggested method for selective harmonic elimination in PLL.
- СтавкаADDITIVE MANUFACTURING OF FUNCTIONAL PARTS BASED ON MATERIAL EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY(Akademija nauka i umjetnosti Republike Srpske, 2016) Šljivić, Milan; Fragassa, Cristiano; Pavlović, Ana; Kraišnik, Milija; Ilić, Jovica; Stanojević, MićoThis paper presents the advantages and the process of making of complex functional parts using additive manufacturing technology. Design and manufacturing of components were performed at the Laboratory for Technology of Plasticity and Processing Systems at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Banja Luka. The parts were designed using SolidWorks and Catia software packages. Then, CatalystEX and Simplify3D software packages were used to process the CAD model and to prepare it for 3D printing, which included defining of the process parameters, generating layers and support. Functional parts were produced on 3D printers based on the principle of material extrusion. The results of this study show that additive manufacturing technology, specifically technology based on material extrusion, enables very fast production of complex functional parts, with high accuracy and much lower costs and development time compared to conventional technologies.

First phase indicates the need to develop an algorithm for production management which involves overhaul of technical systems. Second phase points out the problems of companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Third phase defines a model of production management, as well as conditions and restrictions that govern the process. Fourth phase develops the algorithm, based on the defined model, for solving the problem of process management in companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Research has shown that the algorithm can be defined and used for process management in overhaul-production system, with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the production system.
- СтавкаAn Improved Version of Student Attendance Management System Based on RFID(Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of East Sarajevo, 2019) Mijić, Danijel; Bjelica, Ognjen; Durutović, Jelena; Ljubojević, MilošStudent attendance registration is one of the routine but time-consuming tasks of teaching staff at higher education institutions. Various technical solutions are implemented to alleviate the administrative burden and partly automate this task. Most of them include the use of one or more of the following - Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, biometric solutions such as fingerprint and face recognition and mobile devices - mostly smartphones. In this paper, we present an improved version of our system based on RFID and some results of its use in a real environment. The main improvements have been made to a hardware component RFID reader and to a web-based application that is used by the faculty staff. Besides the usual features of similar systems related to student attendance, the system also includes features that enable integration with external systems, recording of necessary data regarding the work of teachers in class and generating of periodical reports on their work.
- СтавкаANALITIČKO ODREĐIVANJE SOPSTVENIH FREKVENCIJA POGONSKOG VRATILA(Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, 2016-12) Vučetić, Nikola; Košarac, Aleksandar; Blagojević, Mirko; Antunović, Ranko; Marković, Biljana; Antunović, RankoModalna analiza je dinamička analiza linearnih sistema sa N stepeni slobode koja se zasniva na metodi razvijanja po vlastitim oblicima ili tonovima. Kroz ovaj rad je prikazano analitičko određivanje sopstvenih frekvencija oscilovanja pogonskog vratila mjenjačkog prenosnika snage DMB 6.80.235 primjenom Ojler-Bernulijeve teorije greda. Dobijeni rezultati su poređeni sa rezultatima sopstvenih frekvencija baziranim na ranijim istraživanjima, a dobijenim na osnovu eksperimentalne postavke, kao i numeričkim putem uz upotrebu software-a Ansys Workbench 12.1. Konačan cilj rada je dobijanje pouzdanog matematičkog modela sprezanjem parcijanih prenosnih funkcija.
- СтавкаANALIZA NAPONSKOG STANJA KUKE KORIŠĆENJEM MKE(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet Istočno Sarajevo, 2011) Trifković, Spasoje; Radić, Nebojša; Šehovac, Savo; Košarac, Aleksandar; Milutinović, MiroslavKuka je dio koji se najviše koristi za vješanje tereta kod dizalica. Težina kuke je teret koji dizalica mora uvijek dizati, čime se smanjuje nosivost i povećava potrebna snaga dizanja. Zbog toga, dimenzije kuke treba da imaju najmanje potrebne vrijednosti, pri propisanom stepenu sigurnosti. U ovom radu je izvršena analiza naponskog stanja kuke na uobičajeni način i uz pomoć računara, koristeći metodu konačnih elemenata (MKE). Uobičajeni način proračuna kuke se sastoji u provjeri napona u vlaknima materijala u pojedinim presjecima. Krivi dio kuke je proračunat na dva načina, približnom i tačnom metodom. U prvom slučaju je kuka posmatrana kao pravi stap ekscentrično opterećen, a u drugom kao krivi štap.
- СтавкаANALIZA OSJETLJIVOSTI SNABDIJEVAČKIH LANACA DRVNIM PELETOM ZA REALNE USLOVE KOJI ODGOVARAJU BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2018) Vasković, Srđan; Radović, Zoran; Batinić, Krsto; Halilović, Velid; Gvero, Petar; Gajić, Anto; Mrkić, Maja Bosančić; Golubović, Dušan; Košarac, Aleksandar; Jeremić, DejanBiomasa predstavlja značajan obnovljivi resurs. Posebno ako se njenom korišćenju prilazi sistematski i uz dobro planiranje. Drvna biomasa je najznačajniji predstavnik biomase koji se već uveliko koristi u proizvodnji peleta. S obzirom da je veliki broj mašina, postrojenja, ljudi i opreme uključen u proizvodni lanac peleta, potrebno je ustanoviti koji to faktori i koliko utiču na ovaj proces. Prije svega misli se na konačno formiranje cijene drvnog peleta i njegove zavisnosti od drugih energenata, cijena sirove biomase, transportnih distanci, cijene električne energije i slično. Ovaj rad je spojio proizvodni lanac peleta sa postrojenjem i distribucijom toplote u objekat preko odgovarajućeg matematičkog modela. Upravo smo u prošle dvije godine bili svjedoci nedostataka drvnog peleta i naglog porasta njegove cijene na tržištu. To svakako dodatno promoviše ovu problematiku i daje joj smisao za istraživanje. Postavlja se pitanje šta su realni uslovi pri kojima treba da dođe do povećanja cijena peleta na tržištu i za koliko? Odgovore na to daje ovaj rad.
- СтавкаANALIZA POUZDANOSTI PODSISTEMA ZA KOPANJE ROTORNOG BAGERA ER - 1250 RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF BUCKET WHEEL DRIVE ON BUCKET-WHEEL EXCAVAVTOR ER - 1250(Elektrotehnički fakultet, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2010) Trifković, Spasoje; Kraišnik, Milija; Radić, NebojšaRad prikazuje izračunavanje pouzdanosti podsistema za kopanje bagera ER – 1250, za vremenski period od 2006. do 2009. godine. Za analizu otkaza korišćene su dvije metode iz teorije pouzdanosti, analiza stabla otkaza (FTA) i EFTES metoda alokacije pouzdanosti iz razloga njihove velike primjenjivosti i upotrebljivosti u analizama svih perioda životnog vijeka. Za realizaciju proračuna razvijen je programski paket za izračunavanje alociranog inteziteta otkaza i pouzdanosti.

Marko; Milovanović, DragišaPhase Locked Loop (PLL) is wide used for grid parameters estimation, as well for grid-converters synchronization. Key block at single-phase Synchronous Reference Frame PLL (SRF-PLL) structure is two-phase generator which is used for generation of two quadrature signals, which are necessary for SRF block. One of the issues that could appear during estimation of grid parameters is appearance of DC offset in measured grid voltage. In this paper is described second order generalized integrator (SOGI) which is capable to fully reject DC offset and noise which could appear in measured input grid voltage. This two-phase generator is named DC-SOGI. Analog DC-SOGI is made of two second order filters. While these structures are mostly digitally implemented, then it is interesting to analyze discretization method and sampling time impact on two-phase generator. Simulation results confirm given assumption.
- СтавкаAnalysis of financial performance determinants: evidence from the european agricultural companies(Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, 2022) Vuković, B.; Milutinović, M.; Mijić, K.; Krsmanović, B.; Jakšić, D.The aim of this research is to analyze the key factors that have an impact on the company’s financial performance during seven-years period (2013-2019). The sample consists of 460 large and very large European agricultural companies engaged in plant cultivation. Taking into account the natural and technological potentials of plant production on the European market and its importance for sustainable economic growth, multiple regression model is used in order to research the financial performance of agricultural companies. The presented results pointed out that there are six variables (company’s size, asset tangibility, current liquidity, short-term financing, long-term financing, debt to asset) that have a statistically significant impact on financial performance. The identification of these factors provides useful guidelines on how to improve company’s financial performance in order to provide quality and competitiveness of plant production in the European and also world market. Competitive crop and vegetable production would provide the necessary preconditions for a competitive food industry that should ensure continuous industrial and investment growth, satisfactory rate of merchandise exports, growth of business efficiency and employment growth on the European market.

An analysis of the gear ratios of two types of cycloid drive train was performed. The first type is a classic cycloid drive train, while the second is a special variant with stepped planets. The cycloid drive with stepped planets can achieve very large gear ratios, while using central gears with a relatively small number of rollers.
