- СтавкаAPPLICATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES IN TERMS OF ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY(ADEKO (Association for design, elements and structures); Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Montenegro, 2017) JOKANOVIĆ, Mirjana; GOLUBOVIĆ, Dušan; ŠUPIĆ, Blagoje; KOPRIVICA, AleksandraWe are witnesses of everyday changes, which can bring the world into the question of survival. On the other hand, the progress and the speed of changes are the keys of success. What is important is that we have to change the human being’s life, due to the concept of the sustainable development, which includes three dimensions: ecology, economy and social aspect. This paper gives the analysis of using the renewable energy, through the production of the electricity, including the sustainable development. Through research, attention was paid to analyzing the growth in the share of renewable energy in electricity production, as well as incentives to use renewable energy sources, in the area of Republic of Srpska.
- СтавкаTHE IMPACT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ТHE SERVICE RECIPIENT ON THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE IN DIFFERENT SERVICE SYSTEMS(Faculty of Engineering Sciences, Kragujevac, 2019) Jokanović, Mirjana; Koprivica, AleksandraThe goal of each service process should be an excellent service that satisfies the user and meets the strategic goals of the company. It is usually the result of careful design and delivery of a whole set of interconnected processes, subprocesses, operations, or activities. When it comes to processes, it's not just about the part where the user receives the service. Service providers consistently meet customer expectations, manage the chain of processes from the beginning to the end, whose last link is providing service to the user. In this paper, a systematic overview of literature was given, where, as the criteria, when selecting papers from the field that was the subject of research, were: time distance, i.e. the papers in the past five years have been analyzed, as well as the main actors in the service process and their impact on the level of quality of the service provided - the provider and the recipient of the service.
- СтавкаRecent developments in unsteady pipe flow experimentation at the University of Montenegro(2019) Brđanin, R.; Karadžić, U.; Bergant, A.; Ilić, J.This paper presents recent experimental results of pressure measurements during filling and emptying of a relatively small-scale pipeline at the University of Montenegro. Experimental setup for investigation of water hammer and its special effects (unsteady friction, cavitation, column separation, trapped air, fluid-structure interaction - FSI), and pipeline filling and emptying is installed at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. It consists of an upstream end high-pressurized tank, horizontal steel pipeline (total length: 55.37 m, inner diameter: 18mm, pipe wall thickness: 2 mm), four valve units positioned along the pipeline including the end points, and a downstream end outflow tank. The setup was upgraded in 2018 with the installation of new piezoresistive pressure transducers and pipe displacement sensors as well as additional electro-pneumatically operated ball valve at the upstream end of the pipeline. The filling of an initially empty pipeline is performed by a sudden opening of the valve positioned at the highpressurized tank filled with water. The pipeline emptying process is accomplished by highpressurized air supplied from the air reservoir installed in the air supply line. The highpressurized tank is closed, and the downstream end valve is opened. Experimental runs have been performed with different initial values of pressure in the upstream end high pressurized tank (filling) and air supply line (emptying). Results of new pressure measurements are analyzed and commented, with a reference to the previous experiments presented at 6th IAHR WG Meeting in Ljubljana, 2015.
