Development of local communities dependent on the actions of development agencies, and particularly the effects of regional and local development agencies. Percent have data available that are potentially exploitable resources, can directly encourage the establishment of small and micro enterprises, and thereby facilitate and achieve sustainable development in all economic regions and local communities. Therefore it is necessary to form a regional development agency.
