First phase indicates the need to develop an algorithm for production management which involves overhaul of technical systems. Second phase points out the problems of companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Third phase defines a model of production management, as well as conditions and restrictions that govern the process. Fourth phase develops the algorithm, based on the defined model, for solving the problem of process management in companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Research has shown that the algorithm can be defined and used for process management in overhaul-production system, with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the production system.

First of all, they must get closer to customers and suppliers, representing one of first principles of lean philosophy. It is one of the ways to successfully valorise comparative values with competition, despite its internal restructuring. This paper presents the influence of certain lean tools as well as application of statistical analyses, simulation and graphics tools for achieving greater effectiveness and efficiency of production systems. Application or integration of these tools enables shortening of the production cycle, reduces the degree of complexity of material flows, reduces the supplies and expenditure of energy resources while it creates an increased degree of functionality of the organisation, utilization of workspace etc. Combination of different tools presented in this paper can valorise new technological, organisational and informational achievements in production that will secure an even better position on the market for industrial systems.
- СтавкаREMONT TEHNIČKIH SISTEMA & SOFTVERSKI ALATI ZA UPRAVLJANJE PROJEKTOM(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet u Zenici, 2014-06) Marić, Bogdan; Božičković, Ranko; Jašarević, Sabahudin; Brdarević, Safet; Jašarević, SabahudinU radu su prezentovana istraživanja u smislu potvrđivanja da je softverskih alata za upravljanje projektima Microsoft Project Profesional u potpunosti primjenljiv za upravljanje remontnim procesom kao projektom. Dokazano je da Microsoft Project u potpunosti ispunjava dinamičke zahtjeve koji se javljaju u procesima remonta turbomlaznih motora (TMM) u avio indistriji. Rezultati istraživanja obrađeni su „matričnim dijagramima“ po ORACLE metodologiji - Model Business System i System Modeling Techniques. Istraživanja su izvršena u realnom remontno-proizvodnom sistemu.
- СтавкаSOFTWARE TOOLS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS A LEAN CONCEPT SUPPORT IN THE PROCESS OF TECHNICAL SYSTEM OVERHAUL(Mašinski fakultet, Univerzitet u Zenici, 2014) Marić, Bogdan; Božičković, Ranko; Jašarević, Sabahudin; Ekinović, Sabahudin; Yalcin, Senay; Vivancos Calvet, JoanThe paper presents research results in terms of confirming that the functions in software tools for project management are fully applicable, complete and consistent in relation to the functional requirements of the tools used by the Lean concept. The paper emphasizes the Nagara system in the process of technical system overhaul. The research results were analyzed by matrix diagrams using ORACLE methodology - Model Business System and System Modelling Techniques. The experimental research has been carried out in the process of turbo jet engine repair in a real overhaul-production system. The research has shown that a software project management tool - Microsoft Project completely fulfil the requirements of the Lean concept tool - Nagara system in the process of technical system overhaul.
