First phase indicates the need to develop an algorithm for production management which involves overhaul of technical systems. Second phase points out the problems of companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Third phase defines a model of production management, as well as conditions and restrictions that govern the process. Fourth phase develops the algorithm, based on the defined model, for solving the problem of process management in companies which are engaged in overhaul of technical systems. Research has shown that the algorithm can be defined and used for process management in overhaul-production system, with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency of the production system.

A competitive business system is hardly imaginable without adequate information technology. Therefore, this paper evaluates the conditions for the implementation of barcode technology in a warehouse system of a company for the manufacture of brown paper. SWOT (Strengths,Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) matrix was formed with a total of 27 elements based on which the benefits of the implementation of barcode technology in the warehouse system need to be analysed. For this purpose, a new fuzzy PIPRECIA (PIvot Pairwise RElative Criteria Importance Assessment) method has been developed to evaluate all elements in SWOT matrix. In addition, a part of the new developed approach includes new fuzzy scales for criterion assessment that are adapted to the methodology required by the fuzzy PIPRECIA method. To determine the consistency of the method, Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficients are applied. The results obtained in this study show that weaknesses are most noticeable in the current system. By implementing barcode technology, it is possible to create opportunities defined in SWOT matrix, which, in a very efficient way, allow elimination of the current weaknesses of the system
- СтавкаECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT OF WAREHOUSE CENRTALIZATION IN THE PAPER PRODUCTION COMPANY(University of Belgrade, 2018) Stević, Željko; Mulalić, Enis; Božičković, Zdravko; Vesković, Slavko; Đalić, IrenaIn the modern conditions, business requires constant rationalization of all activities and processes that occur in the logistics system. One of the preconditions for ensuring the competitiveness in the market is to manage the own performance. This paper presents research that relates to the project of centralization of the warehouse in the company of paper production. Currently, any production facility has its own warehouse that is, through executed decomposition, proved like a poor solution. Any project requires certain investment funds, which are in this case over half million EUR, because it is a large and complex logistics company that employs about one thousand workers. The focus of this paper is an economic analysis of the project of centralization of warehouse. The new centralized system gives better results in the comparison with the current system of decentralization. Considering the savings, which are realized by switching to a centralized warehouse system, and required investment funds, repayment period of the same is slightly less than five years, what is relatively a short period.
- СтавкаVIRTUAL MODELING OF ASSEMBLY AND WORKING ELEMENTS OF HORIZONTAL HYDRAULIC PRESS(University POLITEHNICA Timisoara, Faculty of Engineering Hunedoara, 2015) Božičković, Zdravko; Marić, Bogdan; Dobraš, Dragoslav; Lakić-Globočki, Gordana; Čiča, ĐorđeThis paper presents its own results of the modeling of the basic structure of a horizontal hydraulic press 6000 kN and an operating table that has a capacity of 100 kN using INVENTOR software package. The software package has enabled the modeling, simulation, kinematic animation and structural analysis of the parts and assemblies of the press prior to its manufacture (i.e. production of parts). For the needs of the EFT Mine and Thermal Power Plant Stanari, the geometrical, functional, physical, aesthetic and other properties of the press have been defined and tested by using vector graphics. The application of virtual reality in design and production is of great importance when making decisions for more efficient and effective production, which can be achieved by the modeling and visualization of the production and technological processes.
