The sample in this research was 84 high school students in Yogyakarta and was taken using a simple random sampling system. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential factorial two-way anova. The mean score for male students in the low learning motivation category was 86.29 and female students in the low learning motivation category was 83.71. The mean score for male students in the moderate learning motivation category was 83.21 and female students in the moderate learning motivation category was 84.14. The mean score for male students in the high learning motivation category is 85.64 and female students in the high learning motivation category is 82.64. The results of the Anova test on the learning motivation factor variable value Sig. 0.42 < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference or influence between students' learning motivation (low, medium and high) on PE learning outcomes. In the gender factor variable, the Sig. value 0.001 < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference or influence between gender (male and female) on PE learning achievement. Next, on the variables of learning motivation and gender, the Sig. value 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is an influence or interaction between learning motivation factors and gender on students' PE learning outcomes. The conclusion is that PE design needs to take into account the specifics of gender and type of sport. This is so that male and female students have the right to exercise according to their portion in order to benefit from the PE program at school. Apart from that, it is also to provide maximum enjoyment and achievement for students in various games and sports activities in PE without any pressure. The conclusion is that motivational factors and gender significantly interact and influence students' PE learning outcomes. Therefore, it is important for teachers to consider these two factors in designing and implementing effective PE learning, paying special attention to the specific needs and conditions of each student based on their respective learning motivation and gender.

The sample for this research was 16 male and female students from classes XA, XB and XIA, taken using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential factorial one-way Anova. One-way anova test results Sig. 0.030 < 0.05 means there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10 m. First Post Hoc follow-up test Sig value. 0.088 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference between the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m and a shooting distance of 10 m. Post Hoc follow-up test for both Sig values. 0.917 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference in the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m with accumulated shooting distances of 5 and 10 m. Post Hoc follow-up test for the three Sig values. 0.036 > 0.05, meaning that the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 10 m with an accumulated shooting distance of 5 and 10 m have a significant difference. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10. The findings of this study suggest the design of an archery training program for beginners, including consideration of starting from a shorter distance and gradually increasing the shooting distance, as well as carrying out various training techniques with a combination of exercises at various appro-priate distances and giving priority to the consistency of technical movements and body posture. while archer

Apply appropriate exercise methods to improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability. One training method that can be used is the core stability training method. Core stability is an exercise model to improve the ability to control the position of trunk movement through the pelvis and legs to allow optimal motion production. This study aims to ascertain whether core stability training can improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability in running athletes. The study used an experimental method with a research pattern using a group pretest-posttest design. 10 running athletes were sampled according to the criteria to be treated in the form of core stability training for 6 weeks. The athletes were assessed before and after training using the Functional Reach Test and Unilateral Hip Bridge Endurance. This study showed that there was a significant effect between core stability training and lumbar mobility (P = 0.000) and spinal stability (P = 0.000) in athletes. The results of this study show that the application of core stability exercises can increase the ability of lumbar mobility and spinal stability, so if the core stability exercises are done properly, they can increase stability in the spine and mobility in the lumbar, which causes dynamic limb movement to be more efficient.

It used a comparative quantitative approach. The samples in this research were elementary school students in three provinces: Sumsel, DIY, and NTT. They were selected using cluster random sampling and yielded 254 people. Then, the samples were clustered to equalize num-bers based on students’ gender and regional race (South Sumatra, DIY, & NTT). After this process, the remaining 132 people were taken. Students’ physical fitness data were collected using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). The data were then analyzed using the parametric Two-Way ANOVA statistics. The results of the Two-Way ANOVA test showed that the race factor variable had a value of Sig. 0.00 < 0.05. This value indicates a significant difference in the TKJI test scores between races in the three provinces: South Sumatra, DIY, and NTT. In the gender factor variable, the Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, meaning a significant difference was also found in the TKJI test scores between male and female students. Furthermore, for the combined race and gender factor variables, the Sig 0.485 > 0.05. Since the Sig value was greater, there is no influence or interaction between the race and gender factors in the three provinces in determining the results of the students' TKJI scores. Differences in physical fitness in terms of race can be caused by differences in physical activity, socioeconomic status, and social factors, such as racial discrimination and interpersonal racial discrimination. These differences can manifest as emotional stress due to increased psychological stress and increased risk of unhealthy behavior, including activities. In addition, the difference in physical fitness was also found between genders. The results show that men have a better level of physical fitness than women. One of the reasons is possibly due to increased fat mass associated with growth and puberty in girls. In addition, boys are often more active than girls.

This research is quantitative with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah Jogokaryan with subjects aged 10-12 years. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method in classes IV - VI totaling 15 students. The interest data collection technique is by giving a questionnaire before and after the implementation of the archery extracurricular pre-program. The implementation of the extracur-ricular archery pre-program is carried out by students practicing archery at a distance of 4-8 meters by shooting 6 arrows in each session and carried out in 12 sessions. The results of the Wilcoxon test on the output ranks have a negative rank value between the pre-test and post-test at a value (n) of 2, a mean rank of 3.50 and a sum rank of 7.00, meaning there is no decrease from the pre-test value to the post-test value. The positive rank value between the pre-test and post-test is a value (n) of 13, meaning that 13 students experienced an increase in interest scores from the pre-test score to the post-test score. The mean rank increase in value is 8.69 and the sum of ranks is 113.00. Meanwhile, the tie value is 0, meaning that there are no pairs of data that remain the same between the pre-test and post-test. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value is 0.003 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant increase in the results of student interest scores between the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, based on the results of the n-gain score test, the average value is 0.58, so it is considered moderate effectiveness. The conclusion is that the implementation of archery class management at the pre-extracurricular program stage has a significant effect on increasing students' interest in participating in archery extracurric-ulars. However, the effectiveness of implementing archery training at the pre-extracurricular program stage in increasing interest is included in the moderate effectiveness category which is allegedly due to limited socialization and facilities and infrastructure for ar-chery sports. The factors that influence archery performance include practice management, teaching methods, class management, and student interest. Meanwhile, teacher professionalism in classroom management also contributes significantly to the effectiveness of learning and increasing student interest. External support such as the school environment and parents also have a significant influence on student participation in extracurricular activities.

The connection between daily training time, circadian rhythms, and athletic performance continues to be a subject of research debate. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate whether maximal strength performance is affected by daily training time routines. Material and Methods This cross-sectional study involved a total of 36 male bodybuilding athletes, who were divided into three equal groups (n=12); Noon Group, Afternoon Group, and Evening Group. The distinguishing feature amongst the groups was that they had been training at different times of the day for the past 6 months, and within each group, athletes had been training at the same time of day (Noon Group 12:00-14:00; Afternoon Group 17:00-19:00; Evening Group 21:00-23:00). A one-repetition maximum squat test was administered to each group with there being a 72-hour interval between the tests. Results The findings from the research indicate that there is a relationship between athletes’ daily training time routines and maximal strength performance. Athletes perform at their best during the time that corresponds to their daily training routine. The analysis reveals a statistically significant advantage in 1-RM squat performance for athletes adhering to their daily training time routines at various times of the day (p <0.001). Notably, Group Noon, Group Afternoon, and Group Evening achieved their highest 1-RM squat performance when following their respective daily training time routines. Conclusions Results underscore the importance of aligning training schedules with athletes’ natural rhythms, enhancing performance optimization strategies. It is believed that effective planning for training time by coaches and conditioning experts, taking into account competition times, would be a valuable strategy.

The endurance training must be done in a structured, systematic, and continuous way and requires a varied training model that prevents players from feeling bored. This research aims to produce an endurance training model based on small-side games (SSG). The research employed a research and devel-opment (R&D) method. The sample involved 105 U-18 soccer players divided into a small group test and a large group test. The small group tests were carried out at the PSTS Tabing Club with a sample size of 25 people. Meanwhile, the large group trials were carried out at SSB Putra Wijaya, SSB Elang Nusantara, SSB Semen Padang, and Padang United with a sample of 20 people each. Data in this research were collected through observation and interviews. They were collected using a list of interview questions and a Likert-scale questionnaire. This research produced an endurance training model based on small-side games (SSG) with 15 exercise variations. The research concludes that this training model is suitable for young soccer players. The model has characteristics resembling real soccer games so that players will be motivated during training sessions.

The players are encouraged to carry out the FIFA 11+ Kids, a warm-up program to minimize injuries for football players. This study aims to determine the effect of this program on young football players’ agility. This research was an experimental study with a pretest and posttest control group design. Using a purposive sampling technique, the research selected 20 football school students as the research sample. The samples were 11-12 years old. To collect data, the research used the Illinois agility test, aiming to measure the level of agility. The data were then administered using the Wilcoxon test with a significant p-value <5%. This study found a significant difference between the results of speed meas-urements before and after being given the FIFA 11+ Kids warm-up treatment. In the treatment group, the average pretest result was 19.03±0.74, with a score range of 17.50-20 seconds. Meanwhile, the average posttest result was 18.28±0.84, with a score range of 16.75-19.78 seconds. The p-value was 0.005 (p<5%). This study concludes that the FIFA 11+ Kids program can improve the agility of young football players. Despite the promising results, this research suggests further investigation to add research samples from various demographic characteristics.

SConcentration is needed for students at the stage of physical and psychological growth and development to support success-ful learning achievement. This research was quantitative research. The research design employed a pre-experimental one-group pretest-post-test design. The research sample was 14 students taken using a purposive sampling method. The concentration data collection technique used a GTC test before and after intervension. The data analysis techniques used were paired sample t-test and n-gain score. The results of the descriptive statistical test show a pretest score of 51.79 and post-test 63.00, meaning there is no increase in the average descriptive score. The results of the paired sample t-test show a significance value of 0.067 > 0.05, meaning there is no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. The effectiveness test results on applying PE archery material obtain an average value of 0.23, included in the low effectiveness category. The conclusion is that the implementation of descriptive archery material PE class management is able to increase elementary school students' concentration, but there is no significant increase. The implementation of PE material on archery with more specific movement activities will encourage training to focus the mind and eyesight. The research results also provide findings that archery can also be used as a means of PE and physical fitness and as a health therapy to focus the eye's gaze in paying attention to an object to increase concentration power in learning various important things.

The study was conducted by systematically reviewing existing literature on this topic. The data was collected using the Scite software, specifically focusing on the reputable journals indexed in the Scopus and DOAJ databases. The search was limited to articles published between 2019 and 2024. The specified keywords were "Integration AND Social Values AND Physical Education AND Sports". In addition, the PRISMA technique was used as the main reference. According to the result, a total of 122 articles were discovered from these two databases. The study's findings highlighted the significance of incorporating social values into PE in order to develop teenage students’ character. It found the arena of physical exercise as the potential place to enhance student concentration, motivation, mental health, and academic accomplishment. Thus, revisiting the curriculum to align with students' interests and skills, enhance teachers' competency, upgrade facilities, and implement a forward-thinking and consistent sports strategy is crucial. PE and sports enable pupils to internalize social ideals, including respect, equality, cooperation, discipline, and responsibility. Family participation might additionally enhance and promote the assimilation of favourable values. This research also found that Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) and Active Values program are essential for integrating the values of responsibility and independence.
