- СтавкаASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF THE WORK OF TRACTOR AGGREGATES DURING BASIC TILLAGE(University of Montenegro, 2024) MALIČEVIĆ, Zoran; JUGOVIĆ, Milan; OMEROVIĆ, Zuhdija; ĐOKIĆ, MilenaA plow is a tool used to perform basic cultivation of soil in order to restore the arable soil layer. The quality of its execution is one of the most important factors that ensures the stable production of plant crops. With a well-executed basic tillage, the same plot is of the appropriate structure, which implies minimal energy consumption for pre-sowing preparation. The research was conducted in field conditions, and it included basic parameters that were an indicator of the productivity of machine and human work. The Zetor Forterra tractor has an installed power of 100.02 kW and is in operation for the first time. The goal of the research is to examine the possibility of adjusting basic parameters in order to increase the quality and productivity of work. The results obtained in this research indicate that despite the good conditions of exploitation of tractor aggregates, the effects that should be provided by new, modern mechanization during intensive production have not been achieved in practice. It is necessary to pay special attention to parameters such as: coefficient of utilization of the work scope, shift efficiency, and productivity of machine and human work.
- СтавкаTHE EFFECT OF ROTARY TILLER AND OTHER MACHINES FOR TILLAGE ON THE SOIL STRUCTURE AGGREGATES(Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Montenegro, 2020) JUGOVIĆ, Milan; JAKIŠIĆ, Tanja; PONJIČAN, OndrejThe soil tillage is still the most complicated agro-technical measure where more than 30% of the total energy is deployed for the plant production. In the field conditions, the effect of rotary tiller as well as other machines for the supplementary treatment of the soil structure aggregates was examined in this study. The following tools and machines were used for the soil tillage: harrow (HA), rotary tiller (RT) and disc harrow (DH). In particular, it is interesting to determine the effect of rotary tiller and other machines for the soil tillage on the treatment quality as well as on the excessive attrition and making the powder structure and its degradation. By the soil tillage with different tools and machines (harrow, rotary tiller, disc harrow), there were changes in the condition of the soil aggregates, i.e. the decrease of the total content mega structural aggregates for 17.72%. At the soil treatment by rotary tiller (RT), the statistically significant higher values of the structure coefficient ratio were found in regard to the tillage with the harrow as well as the disc harrow for all examined depths 1.94-2.75 and high content micro structure aggregates (diameter <0.25 mm) of 6.37%. The values of volumetric mass before the tillage were in the great range from 1.06 to 1.29 g/cm3 depending on the depth, while the average values of the volumentric mass (VM) of the examined soil after the treatment were in the range from 0.92 to 1.17 g/cm3. By testing the ratio of volumetric mass (XZM), the statistically significant differences were determined for the type of treatment while the measured depth has not shown the statistically significant difference. Contrary to the ratio of volumetric mass (XZM), the ratio of structure coefficient (Xk) showed a significant difference in the soil treatment by rotary tiller while the measured depth had a statistically significant differences in all three variances
- СтавкаTHE SIGNIFICANCE OF TRANSVERSAL DISTRIBUTION DURING THE APPLICATION OF PLANT PROTECTION BY BOOM SPRAYER(Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Montenegro, 2020) MALIČEVIĆ, Zoran; LAKIĆ, Željko; JUGOVIĆ, Milan; MITROVIĆ, DragoljubThe capacity of nozzles changes during the exploitation, i.e. it produces deviation from normal values. The consumption has an effect on the increase of the capacity of the nozzle, or the fraying and abrasion of the cartridge itself, which has a consequence of increased flow of the substance. On the other hand, decrease of the capacity occurs as a consequence of impurities which come with water which is used as a carrier of substances. The aim of the study is to point to the significance of regular control of the nozzle capacity, since it affect on the quality of the application, all of which affect the deviation from the mean value of the transverse distribution. Measured deviations of the nozzles according to the positions had significant deviations (5- decrease 83,33%, or 13- increase of the capacity for 61,11%), and the consumption of the substance according to the surface (ha) fit perfectly. During designing and monitoring of the treatment standard, most of the producers monitor consumption (l/ha), and this paper points to frequent occurrences in practice (deviations) that can significantly affect the quality of the application, as shown by water-sensitive papers. The coverage of water-sensitive papers ranged from 5.60 to 57.40%.
