- СтавкаAn Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Approach for Prioritizing Failures That Cause Overproduction: A Case Study in Process Manufacturing(MDPI, 2024) Sudžum, Ranka; Nestić, Snežana; Komatina, Nikola; Kraišnik, MilijaOverproduction is one of the most significant wastes of Lean that can occur in any manufacturing company. Identifying and prioritizing failures that lead to overproduction are crucial tasks for operational managers and engineers. Therefore, this paper presents a new approach for determining the priority of failures that cause overproduction, based on an intuitionistic fuzzy Multi-Criteria Optimization model and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis framework. The existing vagueness in the relative importance of risk factors and their values is described using natural language words, which are modeled with trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Determining the relative importance of risk factors is defined as a fuzzy group decision-making problem, and the weight vector is obtained by applying the proposed Analytical Hierarchy Process with trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The compromise solution, as well as the stability check of the obtained compromise solution, is achieved using the proposed Multi-Criteria Optimization and Compromise Solution with trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The proposed model was applied to data collected from a process manufacturing company.
- СтавкаCOMPARATIVE ANALYSIS COMPETENCIES IN TRADITIONAL AND AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACHES(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2022) Savković, Marija; Komatina, Nikola; Nestić, Snežana; Gojković, Ranka; Golubović, Dušan; Milutinović, Miroslav; Prodanović, SašaIn order for the project to be successfully implemented, each individual involved in the project must possess appropriate competencies and skills. Competencies/skills have a great influence when assembling the project team itself and when deciding on the inclusion of new members in the existing project team. In particular, the competencies and skills of the project manager have an impact on the successful realization of the project's goals. The members of the project team must possess certain competencies/skills in order to successfully cooperate with each other and to successfully implement the tasks assigned to them. The main goal of this research paper is a comparative review and analysis of competencies/skills in traditional and agile project management approaches. Also, the paper highlights the roles, responsibilities and powers of each team member, both in the traditional and in the agile approach.
- СтавкаEDUCATING STUDENTS FROM WBC TO IMPROVE ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES(Faculty of Engineering, University of Kragujevac, Center for Quality, 2018) Gojković, Ranka; Nestić, Snežana; Moljević, Slaviša; Đorđević, Aleksandar; Aleksić, Aleksandar; Arsovski, Slavko; Stefanović, Miladin; Tadić, DanijelaThe development of entrepreneurial capacities is one of the key objectives of EU policy. There is an increasing awareness that entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and attitudes can be learned. This leads to the ever more noticeable development of an entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial culture in individuals and society as a whole. Partly because of the current crisis and high unemployment, the labor market is increasingly in demand for multidisciplinary engineers with additional skills. Engineering education is therefore faced with new challenges that require a higher level of entrepreneurial competencies. This paper presents the influence of education in the field of entrepreneurship on improvement of entrepreneurial competences among students of engineering disciplines.
- СтавкаEvaluation and Selection of the Quality Methods for Manufacturing Process Reliability Improvement—Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets and Genetic Algorithm Approach(MDPI, 2021) Gojković, Ranka; Ðurić, Goran; Tadić, Danijela; Nestić, Snežana; Aleksić, AleksandarThe aim of this research is to propose a hybrid decision-making model for evaluation and selection of quality methods whose application leads to improved reliability of manufacturing in the process industry. Evaluation of failures and determination of their priorities are based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), which is a widely used framework in practice combining with triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs). The all-existing uncertainties in the relative importance of the risk factors (RFs), their values, applicability of the quality methods, as well as implementation costs are described by pre-defined linguistic terms which are modeled by the TIFNs. The selection of quality methods is stated as the rubber knapsack problem which is decomposed into subproblems with a certain number of solution elements. The solution of this problem is found by using genetic algorithm (GA). The model is verified through the case study with the real-life data originating from a significant number of organizations from one region. It is shown that the proposed model is highly suitable as a decision-making tool for improving the manufacturing process reliability in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of process industry.
- СтавкаLEAN WASTE IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY(Mašinski fakultet Istočno Sarajevo, Univerzitet u Istočnom Sarajevu, 2020) Gojković, Ranka; Nestić, Snežana; Radić, Nebojša; Prodanović, SašaIn principle, the basic idea of achieving Lean production is continuous waste reduction. This implies a reduction of all activities that do not contribute to the successful operation of the company, and thus do not add value to the product or service. Each wastes significantly affects the production time, price as well as the quality of the product, which makes the company less competitive in today's market. By identifying failures that lead to Lean waste and reducing or eliminating them, the wastes are reduced, which leads to a significant improvement in the production process. Continuous improvement in production through waste elimination has been recognized as one of the most important tasks of socially responsible organizations.

- СтавкаQuality Performance Indicators Evaluation and Ranking by Using TOPSIS with the Interval-Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets in Project-Oriented Manufacturing Companies(MDPI, 2022) Nestić, Snežana; Gojković, Ranka; Petrović, Tijana; Tadić, Danijela; Mimović, PredragProject-oriented manufacturing companies aim to produce high-quality products according to customer requirements and a minimum rate of complaints. In order to achieve this, performance indicators, especially those related to product quality, must be measured and monitored by managers. This research proposes a fuzzy multi-criteria model for the selection of key performance indicators that are critical to product quality. The uncertainties in the relative importance of decision-makers, performance indicators, and their values are described by sets of natural language words that are modeled by the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. The assessment of the relative importance of the decision-makers and the determination of their weights are based on the inclusion comparison probability between the closeness intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The determination of the weights vector of performance indicators is based on the integration of an interval-value fuzzy weighted geometric operator and the inclusion comparison probability between the closeness intuitionistic fuzzy sets. TOPSIS expanded with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers for ranking performance indicators is proposed. The developed model was tested on the real data collected from three manufacturing companies in the Republic of Serbia. Based on the obtained results, the top-ranked performance indicators were marked as critical for product quality and selected as quality key performance indicators.
