The sample in this research was 84 high school students in Yogyakarta and was taken using a simple random sampling system. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential factorial two-way anova. The mean score for male students in the low learning motivation category was 86.29 and female students in the low learning motivation category was 83.71. The mean score for male students in the moderate learning motivation category was 83.21 and female students in the moderate learning motivation category was 84.14. The mean score for male students in the high learning motivation category is 85.64 and female students in the high learning motivation category is 82.64. The results of the Anova test on the learning motivation factor variable value Sig. 0.42 < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference or influence between students' learning motivation (low, medium and high) on PE learning outcomes. In the gender factor variable, the Sig. value 0.001 < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference or influence between gender (male and female) on PE learning achievement. Next, on the variables of learning motivation and gender, the Sig. value 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is an influence or interaction between learning motivation factors and gender on students' PE learning outcomes. The conclusion is that PE design needs to take into account the specifics of gender and type of sport. This is so that male and female students have the right to exercise according to their portion in order to benefit from the PE program at school. Apart from that, it is also to provide maximum enjoyment and achievement for students in various games and sports activities in PE without any pressure. The conclusion is that motivational factors and gender significantly interact and influence students' PE learning outcomes. Therefore, it is important for teachers to consider these two factors in designing and implementing effective PE learning, paying special attention to the specific needs and conditions of each student based on their respective learning motivation and gender.

There are many types of educational games used in stimulating children’s fine motor development. But unfortunately in educational institutions, activities that can stimulate children’s fine motor development are still not optimal, in this case educative game media facilities are still lacking. So that children’s fine motor development is still lacking. This study aims to determine how influential the use of educational game tools with the type of one-hole game is on the fine motor development of preschool children. This study used a quasi experiment design with a pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling of 25 children with details of 15 girls and 10 boys and aged 4 years to 6 years. Data collection methods using questionnaires and observation. Assessment using the DENVER II instrument sheet taken from the fine motor measurement aspects. Data analysis used was paired sample t-test 2 samples. The results of the study prove that there is an effect of educational game intervention of one hole game type on fine motor development of preschool children. Based on the results of this study that to stimulate children’s fine motor development, it is necessary to increase the frequency of one-hole games.

The research method used is the Bord and Gall development model. The researcher deliberately chose this method to assess basketball players’ talent comprehensively, including anthropometrics, bio-motor, technical, and tactical skills. The sample collection technique employed purposive sampling of school students aged 10-14. This research is not conducted in isolation. It is built upon a foundation of existing knowledge, drawing from literature studies in journals, articles, and previous research that are directly relevant to this study. This comprehensive approach ensures that our findings are well-informed and robust. Data analysis with descriptive statistics uses pre-determined instruments and indicators. The results showed that this assessment model could identify young basketball players related to their talents and interests. In addition, this research can make it easier for coaches to identify talented young basketball players more effectively. This study concludes that the four indicators, namely anthropometry, biomotor, skill tests, and tactical tests, can identify students in the talented to moderately talented category. Based on the research results, new knowledge can also be added to the procedures and implementation of basketball talent scouting tests for young athletes and coaches. This research implies that the benefits for coaches are that they can better understand their players' strengths and weaknesses, which can help them train more effectively. The benefit for basketball clubs is that they can be more effective in identifying and recruiting talented players, which can help them to improve their team performance.

The sample for this research was 16 male and female students from classes XA, XB and XIA, taken using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential factorial one-way Anova. One-way anova test results Sig. 0.030 < 0.05 means there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10 m. First Post Hoc follow-up test Sig value. 0.088 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference between the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m and a shooting distance of 10 m. Post Hoc follow-up test for both Sig values. 0.917 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference in the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m with accumulated shooting distances of 5 and 10 m. Post Hoc follow-up test for the three Sig values. 0.036 > 0.05, meaning that the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 10 m with an accumulated shooting distance of 5 and 10 m have a significant difference. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10. The findings of this study suggest the design of an archery training program for beginners, including consideration of starting from a shorter distance and gradually increasing the shooting distance, as well as carrying out various training techniques with a combination of exercises at various appro-priate distances and giving priority to the consistency of technical movements and body posture. while archer

This health problem often occurs in society and is very worrying. Unfortunately, its impact on children's development is not yet fully understood. Motor skills are often associated with the children’s nutritional status. These skills are important for children as the basis for their ability to move when carrying out activities. This study aimed to evaluate differences in the motor skills of children diagnosed with stunting and non-stunting. Method: This research used a comparative approach. The sample consisted of 48 children with criteria aged 3 to 5 years. These children were divided into the stunting-diagnosed group (N=24) and the non-stunting group (N=24). Children's motor skills were measured using the TGMD-2 (Test of Gross Motor Development-2) motor skills test. The test has been tested for validity and reliability before being distributed to the participants. The Shapiro-Wilkoxon test was used to check normal data distribution. Results & Discussion: The study showed a significant difference between children diagnosed with stunting and non-stunting children by comparison (P<0.05). Children diagnosed with stunting were reported to have lower motor skills on average gross Motor Quontientx̄87. This value is below average category, while non-stunting children have Gross Motor Quontientx̄111.125, which is beyond the average category. In male stunting children, the highest performance was in the kick movement skill with a value of ±4.25, while the lowest performance was in the gallop skill with a value of ±2.00. For girls with stunting, the highest performance was in the object control skill, striking a stationary ball with a value of ±3.53. On the other hand, the lowest performance was in the gallop skill, with a value of ±1.32. In terms of motor skills, normal boys performed better than girls in jumping, hopping, and sliding (P<0.05). For non-stunting boys, the highest performance was in hop movement skills with a value of ±7.05, while the lowest was in stationary dribble skills with a value of ±4.77. Non-stunting girls resembled the boys as the highest performance was in the locomotive hop skill with a value of ±7.67, while the lowest performance was in the underhand roll skill with a value of ±5.11. In terms of motor skills, non-stunting children performed better than stunting boys and girls (P<0.05). Conclusion: There were significant differences in motor skills between the two groups. Children diagnosed with stunting have lower motor skills compared to non-stunting children. These results provide a better understanding of the impact of stunting on children's motor development. This research also empha-sizes the importance of early intervention to improve the motor skills of children diagnosed with stunting. These findings have the potential for efforts to prevent and treat stunting in children and promote the welfare of children's overall development.

It used a comparative quantitative approach. The samples in this research were elementary school students in three provinces: Sumsel, DIY, and NTT. They were selected using cluster random sampling and yielded 254 people. Then, the samples were clustered to equalize num-bers based on students’ gender and regional race (South Sumatra, DIY, & NTT). After this process, the remaining 132 people were taken. Students’ physical fitness data were collected using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). The data were then analyzed using the parametric Two-Way ANOVA statistics. The results of the Two-Way ANOVA test showed that the race factor variable had a value of Sig. 0.00 < 0.05. This value indicates a significant difference in the TKJI test scores between races in the three provinces: South Sumatra, DIY, and NTT. In the gender factor variable, the Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, meaning a significant difference was also found in the TKJI test scores between male and female students. Furthermore, for the combined race and gender factor variables, the Sig 0.485 > 0.05. Since the Sig value was greater, there is no influence or interaction between the race and gender factors in the three provinces in determining the results of the students' TKJI scores. Differences in physical fitness in terms of race can be caused by differences in physical activity, socioeconomic status, and social factors, such as racial discrimination and interpersonal racial discrimination. These differences can manifest as emotional stress due to increased psychological stress and increased risk of unhealthy behavior, including activities. In addition, the difference in physical fitness was also found between genders. The results show that men have a better level of physical fitness than women. One of the reasons is possibly due to increased fat mass associated with growth and puberty in girls. In addition, boys are often more active than girls.

Factors such as Body Mass Index (BMI) and foot morphology may contribute to this risk. This study seeks to evaluate the relationship between BMI, foot shape, and the likelihood of injury among sports students. Material and Methods A total of 119 sports students, comprising 33 females and 86 males, participated in this study. Purposive sampling was employed to select participants. BMI was determined using height and weight measurements, while foot shape was assessed through footprint measurements. The Functional Movement Screening (FMS) instrument, encompassing 7 movements: Deep Squats, Hurdle Steps, Inline Lunges, Shoulder Mobility, Active Straight Leg Raises, Trunk Stability Pushups, and Rotary Stability, was utilized to assess injury risk. Data analysis was conducted using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS v.25.0, employing descriptive statistics. Results Based on data analysis, the FMS value in females shows a mean of 18.7 and a standard deviation of 1.21. At the same time, the FMS value in males shows 18.5 and a standard deviation of 1.41. BMI values in females showed a mean of 21.6 and a standard deviation of 3.03. At the same time, BMI values in males showed a mean of 22.9 and a standard deviation of 4.62. The results were that all FMS scores were ≥14. While of BMI measurements, some samples obtained <18 kg/m² and >30kg/ m². BMI measurements according to gender were mainly in the normal weight category. However, those who fall into the obesity category are primarily males. With the results of measuring the foot’s shape, the percentage of flat feet is only 0.84% in females and 7.59 in males, while the rest of the sample has a normal foot shape. Conclusions Individuals with a BMI in the overweight to obese category are more susceptible to high-category injuries, likely due to limited motion range. However, the study did not find evidence linking flat foot shape to high-category injury risk. This inability to establish a correlation may be attributed to the predominantly normal foot shape observed in the sample, resulting in a prediction of lowcategory injury risk.

This research is quantitative with a one group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah Jogokaryan with subjects aged 10-12 years. The sample was taken using a simple random sampling method in classes IV - VI totaling 15 students. The interest data collection technique is by giving a questionnaire before and after the implementation of the archery extracurricular pre-program. The implementation of the extracur-ricular archery pre-program is carried out by students practicing archery at a distance of 4-8 meters by shooting 6 arrows in each session and carried out in 12 sessions. The results of the Wilcoxon test on the output ranks have a negative rank value between the pre-test and post-test at a value (n) of 2, a mean rank of 3.50 and a sum rank of 7.00, meaning there is no decrease from the pre-test value to the post-test value. The positive rank value between the pre-test and post-test is a value (n) of 13, meaning that 13 students experienced an increase in interest scores from the pre-test score to the post-test score. The mean rank increase in value is 8.69 and the sum of ranks is 113.00. Meanwhile, the tie value is 0, meaning that there are no pairs of data that remain the same between the pre-test and post-test. Apart from that, it is known that the significance value is 0.003 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant increase in the results of student interest scores between the pretest and posttest. Furthermore, based on the results of the n-gain score test, the average value is 0.58, so it is considered moderate effectiveness. The conclusion is that the implementation of archery class management at the pre-extracurricular program stage has a significant effect on increasing students' interest in participating in archery extracurric-ulars. However, the effectiveness of implementing archery training at the pre-extracurricular program stage in increasing interest is included in the moderate effectiveness category which is allegedly due to limited socialization and facilities and infrastructure for ar-chery sports. The factors that influence archery performance include practice management, teaching methods, class management, and student interest. Meanwhile, teacher professionalism in classroom management also contributes significantly to the effectiveness of learning and increasing student interest. External support such as the school environment and parents also have a significant influence on student participation in extracurricular activities.

This study aims to analyze the level of injury risk of soccer academy students by reviewing FMS scores and demographic data. This study employed a descriptive observational research method. Research data were collected using tests and measurements. Seventy-two male soccer academy students participated in this study with the following details: mean age 15±2.1 years, BMI 19.8±2.1 kg/m², and TD 1.2±0.1 years. The data were obtained from the FMS instrument and height and weight tests. They were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the FMS score showed that subjects aged 14-17 years were most at risk of injury in the moderate category. In terms of BMI, the FMS scores showed that subjects at a high risk of injury were one in the underweight category, nine in the normal weight category, and one in the obesity grade 1 category. This study concludes that, based on demographic data, SPSS academy students in the age group of 14 years are more likely to experience injuries than students in the age group of 16 and 17 years. Furthermore, it is concluded that SPSS academy students with an average BMI are in the normal weight category, with SPSS academy student subjects having a moderate risk of injury. Based on the length of training, most SPSS academy students have 1-3 years, with the most risk of injury in the moderate risk category. Future research is expected to choose research subjects with BMI in the obese category and from various other age groups.

The quantitative research sample was 105 junior high school PE teacher respondents in eight provinces who represented descriptions of strengthening the literacy culture of PE learning in their respective schools. The qualitative sample consisted of 6 participants consisting of 2 principals, 3 curriculum representatives, and 1 senior middle school PE teacher. Quantitative data was taken using a 1-4 Likert scale questionnaire, while qualitative data was taken using semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data analysis uses descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS, while qualitative data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The quantitative research results show that planning to strengthen literacy culture in learning is included in the good category, with a score of 88.73%. This is supported by qualitative data, which states that the planning to strengthen the PE learning literacy culture has gone well. The implementation of strengthening literacy culture in learning is also in the good category, with a score of 87.08%. This is supported by qualitative data, which states that the implementation of strengthening PE learning literacy culture has been carried out and is going quite well. The assessment of strengthening literacy culture in learning is in a good category, with a score of 84.76%. This is supported by qualitative data, which states that the assessment of strengthening literacy culture in PE learning in the 2013 curriculum has gone well. Supporting factors for the implementation of strengthening literacy culture in PE learning in the 2013 curriculum from the aspects of planning, implementation, and assessment, namely: Availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure, a conducive learning atmosphere, the concept of implementing the 2013 curriculum, local government regulations that encourage school literacy movements, consistency of the head schools, the enthusiasm and skills of teaching staff, student motivation for literacy, as well as the implementation of comprehensive tests to measure student learning outcomes.

Teens suffering from menstrual pain typically have lower abdominal cramps and other symptoms that interfere with day-to-day activities. An alternative to medication for treating menstruation discomfort is yoga. This study aimed to ascertain whether yoga may lessen dysmenorrhea in teenagers enrolled in school. This approach uses the MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases to review literature. The PRISMA approach utilized for this literature review was adhered to during the article selection process. The research's selection criteria comprised works published within the last five years, specifically from 2018 to 2023. Yoga was employed to lessen dysmenorrhea discomfort in the research population, consisting of young women with monthly pain. Between 2018 and 2023, 666 studies were discovered to have satisfied the publication selection requirements. Fifteen journals that fit the requirements for this study were identified through the PRISMA route search. According to the data, yoga has been shown to have a calming effect on teenage menstrual discomfort in 15 journals. Thus, yoga is a successful non-pharmacological management strategy for lowering dysmenorrhea in school-age teenagers. This is because yoga may be calming, encouraging the body to release endorphins, which function as organic painkillers. Yoga is a mild activity that helps the body avoid stiffness, pressure, pain, and tiredness while increas-ing flexibility safely. It enhances lung capacity when breathing, improves blood circulation, eases physical and emotional stress, and lessens pain. Additionally, practising yoga helps women with PMS feel more at ease by reducing dangerous inflammatory secretions.

The endurance training must be done in a structured, systematic, and continuous way and requires a varied training model that prevents players from feeling bored. This research aims to produce an endurance training model based on small-side games (SSG). The research employed a research and devel-opment (R&D) method. The sample involved 105 U-18 soccer players divided into a small group test and a large group test. The small group tests were carried out at the PSTS Tabing Club with a sample size of 25 people. Meanwhile, the large group trials were carried out at SSB Putra Wijaya, SSB Elang Nusantara, SSB Semen Padang, and Padang United with a sample of 20 people each. Data in this research were collected through observation and interviews. They were collected using a list of interview questions and a Likert-scale questionnaire. This research produced an endurance training model based on small-side games (SSG) with 15 exercise variations. The research concludes that this training model is suitable for young soccer players. The model has characteristics resembling real soccer games so that players will be motivated during training sessions.

The sample comprised 60 males and females aged 10, 12, and 14 years. The data collection instrument used was Hewitt's tennis achievement test. The research results show that the age factor variable for junior tennis athletes has a Sig. Value of 0.00 < 0.05 means there is a significant difference in junior tennis serve results. In the gender factor variable, the Sig. Value is 0.007 < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference in the results of tennis serves furthermore, the Sig. Value of the age and gender is 0.977 > 0.05, which means there is no influence or interaction between age and gender in determining the results of tennis serve shot scores. In conclusion, the serve has an important role in tennis. This serve can be improved and trained throughout a player's career, from beginner to profes-sional. The differences are visible between males and females from an early age. Based on the general result, males can serve 8-10% better than females because of physical strength, movement skills, and anthropometry. Male players have a faster serve speed and generate more serve points than females. It is caused by anthropometric factors: height and weight correlate with service speed in age and gender groups. Height is associated with a higher serve impact point to increase success in serving.

The players are encouraged to carry out the FIFA 11+ Kids, a warm-up program to minimize injuries for football players. This study aims to determine the effect of this program on young football players’ agility. This research was an experimental study with a pretest and posttest control group design. Using a purposive sampling technique, the research selected 20 football school students as the research sample. The samples were 11-12 years old. To collect data, the research used the Illinois agility test, aiming to measure the level of agility. The data were then administered using the Wilcoxon test with a significant p-value <5%. This study found a significant difference between the results of speed meas-urements before and after being given the FIFA 11+ Kids warm-up treatment. In the treatment group, the average pretest result was 19.03±0.74, with a score range of 17.50-20 seconds. Meanwhile, the average posttest result was 18.28±0.84, with a score range of 16.75-19.78 seconds. The p-value was 0.005 (p<5%). This study concludes that the FIFA 11+ Kids program can improve the agility of young football players. Despite the promising results, this research suggests further investigation to add research samples from various demographic characteristics.

SConcentration is needed for students at the stage of physical and psychological growth and development to support success-ful learning achievement. This research was quantitative research. The research design employed a pre-experimental one-group pretest-post-test design. The research sample was 14 students taken using a purposive sampling method. The concentration data collection technique used a GTC test before and after intervension. The data analysis techniques used were paired sample t-test and n-gain score. The results of the descriptive statistical test show a pretest score of 51.79 and post-test 63.00, meaning there is no increase in the average descriptive score. The results of the paired sample t-test show a significance value of 0.067 > 0.05, meaning there is no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. The effectiveness test results on applying PE archery material obtain an average value of 0.23, included in the low effectiveness category. The conclusion is that the implementation of descriptive archery material PE class management is able to increase elementary school students' concentration, but there is no significant increase. The implementation of PE material on archery with more specific movement activities will encourage training to focus the mind and eyesight. The research results also provide findings that archery can also be used as a means of PE and physical fitness and as a health therapy to focus the eye's gaze in paying attention to an object to increase concentration power in learning various important things.

Many students experience various con-centration problems, especially in elementary schools. This disturbance can come from improper use of gadgets, including playing games excessively. The research was quantitative in nature. It employed a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample involved 14 students who were taken using a purposive sampling method. The data about students’ concentration were collected from two tests, a GTC test before and after an intervention. They were then analyzed using paired sample t-test and n-gain score. The results of the paired samples statistics test showed that the pre-test value was 46.57 and the post-test value was 55.00. This result indicates an increase in students' concentration scores descriptively. Following that, a t-test was conducted on the paired sample, yielding a Sig value. 0.256 > 0.05. This means that there is no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in students' concentration scores. An effectiveness test was also performed by calculating the n-gain score. The finding showed an average value of 0.10 and was classified as low. The conclusion is that the implementation of descriptive badminton material PE class manage-ment can increase the concentration of elementary school students, but there is no significant increase between pre-test and post-test scores in the groups or classes given the intervention. It is indicated that the increase in students’ concentration is caused by the PE intervention with badminton sports material. This finding is also confirmed by previous research, which stated that a significant rela-tionship exists between sports intensity and students' ability to concentrate on learning.

This research is mixed method research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Quan-titative data were taken from 53 PE teachers. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained from 30 people, comprised of 15 PE teachers, five archery athletes, five students, and five archery coaches/trainers. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and qualitative analysis used data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Quantitative research re-sults showed that archery sports management needs to be implemented. This result was supported by qualitative data, which also showed that PE learning in schools with archery material is needed because it can develop cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and other positive values. This study concludes that it is important and necessary to implement archery sports management in PE to develop 21st-century skill values for students. The results recommend that PE teachers im-prove their competence in archery.

The study was conducted by systematically reviewing existing literature on this topic. The data was collected using the Scite software, specifically focusing on the reputable journals indexed in the Scopus and DOAJ databases. The search was limited to articles published between 2019 and 2024. The specified keywords were "Integration AND Social Values AND Physical Education AND Sports". In addition, the PRISMA technique was used as the main reference. According to the result, a total of 122 articles were discovered from these two databases. The study's findings highlighted the significance of incorporating social values into PE in order to develop teenage students’ character. It found the arena of physical exercise as the potential place to enhance student concentration, motivation, mental health, and academic accomplishment. Thus, revisiting the curriculum to align with students' interests and skills, enhance teachers' competency, upgrade facilities, and implement a forward-thinking and consistent sports strategy is crucial. PE and sports enable pupils to internalize social ideals, including respect, equality, cooperation, discipline, and responsibility. Family participation might additionally enhance and promote the assimilation of favourable values. This research also found that Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) and Active Values program are essential for integrating the values of responsibility and independence.
