dc.description.abstractA successful development of a new product implies satisfaction of customer’s requirements to the level of their individual wishes which include emotions as well. A new or innovative product should be designed to support customer needs, including the customer’s persona which can be done by including feelings or emotions into interaction with the product. Customers tend to make a decision about a product based on their perception, values and reflections, so designers and manufacturers should consider making emotional design a bottom line in a product development. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to describe evaluation of customer needs regarding to product development process.
