dc.description.abstracttIn this study, the modelling of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of sage leaves at different temper-atures between the range of 40–60◦C and jatropha seeds at 50◦C are studied. These extraction processesare modelled using modified Reverchon–Sesti Osseo model equation at different temperature ranges. Theinfluence of temperature on the total extract yield of sage are investigated. It is found that the modifiedReverchon–Sesti Osseo model equation provides a good fit with respect to the experimental yield of totalextracts of sage leaves and jatropha seeds over the entire range of experimental conditions explored.
